Chapter 7 - Blessed

When Jungkook tried to stop Yoongi, in return Yoongi grabbed Jungkook's collar and yelled in his face, "I told you... I TOLD YOU TO BE SURE OF YOUR FEELINGS... But you never listened to me... Everyone... God dammit everyone told you she is a sensitive girl but you didn't listen... Why?... WHY?!... Before being your girlfriend... She was our best friend... Because of you, we lost her... All because of you!!!"

Yoongi pushed Jungkook harshly on the ground and went out of the room as well leaving Jungkook alone all by himself on floor.

After a nerve breaking more appropriately back breaking flight from Korea, you were finally standing in front of your home. A place which always brought a smile on your face whenever you saw it but not today... it brought tears in your eyes. You hoped for your parents to comfort you like they always did whenever you had any problem.

The door opened revealing your mother with a worried face, you guessed they already know what's going on. The moment she saw tears in your tears, she engulfed you in a warm embrace which felt like heaven. Not wanting to leave her, you stayed like that on entrance only.

After entering the living room your dad attacked you with a hug and you also hugged him back, feeling like you were meeting them after an eternity but truth was that you met them after 4 days only. You explained them everything and answered everything they wanted to know, they already knew about your relationship and like understanding parents they supported you.

Feeling tired of everything physically and emotionally, you made your way towards your room and let yourself slump on the bed in the very instant you entered the room. Few tears rolled down from the corner of your eyes only thinking about the things happened in the past 4 days.

After showering and unpacking were done, you looked out of the window only to meet with darkness, the moon was already up shining gracefully with stars enhancing the beauty of the view. Your eyes fell on the phone lying dead on your study table just below the window so you decided to turn it on.

The moment phone screen lit up, it started vibrating uncontrollably. All the BTS members except Jungkook had spammed your message box as well as the army was spamming the social media and you felt a bit disappointed, you hoped there would be at least a single message from him, but no and now you were filled with anger.

"I don't want anything in my life that is related to you Jeon Jungkook!!! I hate you so much!!!", you yelled on top of your lung out of your window not caring about the neighbourhood.

You deleted all your social media accounts, broke your sim card and basically blocked all the ways for them to contact you and burst out in tears after thinking that you won't be able to talk your friends anymore.

"loving you was my biggest mistake... I shouldn't have fallen for you... Everyone was asking us to be sure of our feelings but I was the stupid one out here in this world... I thought you loved me and only me... For me, you were the moon in the sky but for you, I was only one of those thousand stars up there... I am going to regret this for the rest of my life", you said in your sobs.

Telling yourself these words, you laid on the bed and cried yourself to sleep. For the next 15 days you couldn't eat, sleep or do anything properly. All you did was stay in your bed with your mind extremely clouded with thoughts and memories of Jungkook.

You felt empty and didn't want to go anywhere or meet anyone. You were looking outside your window at a bird nest on the tree in your garden when your mom came in the room.

"Eva at least clean your room... It looks like a dumpster", she nagged like a typical mother.

When you look around it was almost clean only a few things were here and there, without arguing much you decided to listen and keep those things on their place.

While cleaning your study table you came across your notepad and saw something written MT Production. 'What is this?!'.

After going through the handwritten details that were written by you, you remember what it was. You took that notepad and sat on your bed and kept looking at it drowning yourself in deep thoughts.

[NEXT DAY]

At the breakfast table, when everyone settled down, you decided to break the silence.

"Umm... Mom... D-", you started.

"Yes, honey... Do you need something?!", your mom cuts you off to which you shook my head in denial but before you could continue your dad spoke first.

"For how long are you going to keep yourself in room wasting your life?!", He sounded serious.

"yes, dad... That's what I wanted to talk about... Before Bighit offered me an internship as assistant director... I actually got another internship offer in the USA, 2 months before them as a director in MT entertainment", you informed them.

"what?!... And you let go of that opportunity to just be with him... How could you risk your career like that?!", dad scolded a bit.

You knew he was right, JP indeed was a better offer than BH but as you admitted you were the stupidiest person on earth, so you didn't respond to it and just looked down.

"dad... I know I was stupid... But now I have decided to leave the past behind and move on... He is happy in life without me and now I don't want to waste my time thinking about him"

"so what do you want us to do?!... Shift to the US... If you want we can... I can do anything for you", your dad asked.

"no... No... Dad... Not at all... You guys stay here... I want to become independent, go there alone and start afresh but only if you allow me", you said bitting your lips.

In Bighit's case, they let you go because they had met BTS and PD Bang but in the USA you will be on your own. You were not sure if they would allow you or not.

"of course you should go, Eva... It's your time to focus on your future and it's a good decision but are sure about living alone?!", the worry was clearly evident in his voice and on his face.

"yes, dad... I am sure... Don't worry... I won't disappoint you again... And thank you for supporting me", you tried to assure him with a small smile.
"Have you lost your mind... You are my own blood, Eva... How can I not support my only daughter... Of course, I will... So have you finalized everything?!... ", he enquired.

"no... I just got the offer but didn't respond... And remember about it yesterday and after brainstorming a lot last night I was still confused
..so I needed your guidance... I don't want to make any more mistakes", you stated.

"Eva you can always look upon me and your mom whenever you are stuck in your life... We will be always there to help you out okay?!", you dad held your hand on the table and squeeze it a little to show his support for you.

You nodded and they smiled at you bringing a small smile on your face. You felt blessed to have parents like them.
