I have realized after like 2 months that my depression mainly hits on the weekends

That on Friday nights I let out all the pain. I just cry. For hours. Because it's like dragging weights on your feet to keep going everyday when you can do no right to your peers.

So Friday night and Saturday I cry. Let out my pain.

Sunday, I stay quiet. Readjust.

Sunday night, shower, put on a fake smile.

Week, endure the pain and hold it in.

Repeat.
