****** Shawn's POV ******

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

Ugh. First day of school. SHIT FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.

I jolted up and grabbed my phone. I texted all of the guys to get to school early so that we could make an announcement.

I got dressed in a sweatshirt and jeans and ran downstairs.

"Bye mom! Bye Aaliyah!" I screamed.

"What's with the hurry? You're never this excited to go to school," my mom said suspiciously.

"I have to pick up Aria before anyone else does," I hollered.

"Oooh! Someone likes Aria!" Aaliyah teased.

"Yeah, I do. And so does every one of my friends, so please. I have to go, mom!"

"Alright, sweetie. May the odds be ever in your favor!" she said with a giggle.

"Ha ha, very funny," I said sarcastically before running out the front door.

I ran to Aria's door to find her in her pajamas as she answered it.

"Shawn?" she asked.

"Hey Aria!" I said panting. "Wanna go to school together?"

"Shawn, it's 7:00. I just woke up."

"Oh, okay. I can wait," I insisted.

She gave me a weird look then smiled. "Alright, come in. My mom made breakfast."

We sat down at the table with her mom and ate some Frosted Flakes.

"Frosted Flakes are my favorite," we both said simultaneously.

We looked at each other and started cracking up. Even her mom laughed a bit.

"Shoot, we have 20 minutes to get to school!" Aria exclaimed.

She ran up the stairs and quickly came down 10 minutes later in a sundress. She grabbed a black jacket and hugged her mom goodbye. We caught the last school bus and arrived just as the 5 minute warning bell rang.

"Hey sorry to leave you on your first day, but I have to talk to Cameron and Nash really quickly," I said.

"I can't come?" she asked with a disappointed look on her face.

"Uh, no. Sorry," I said as my heart shattered.

Her face was so vulnerable and hurt that I wanted to punch myself in the face. I never wanted to see that look again. I ran towards Cameron and Nash, leaving Aria alone.

"Hey guys!" I hollered.

"Don't worry, Shawn. We already contacted all of the clubs and told them our plan. Nobody will treat us like celebrities as long as Aria's around," Nash said.

"How'd you-"

"It was simple. We just congregated all the girls and told them about Aria and how dear to us she is. We told them she didn't know we were famous and that she couldn't find out or we would all do something really bad... like break up Magcon. They totally freaked and promised," Nash explained.

"So, they promised not to mention Magcon, Vine, our celeb status, or anything?" I asked.

"Yep. We're all just regular guys here at Ontario High," Nash said.

"What a relief," I said with a smile.

"Yeah, but that's not," Cameron said as he pointed to some guy flirting with Aria.
