Mark and I have been talking for the past week. Sarah told them that there was more they could do. But no matter what their plan is Mark has my trust. Thankfully I haven't lost his.
"Seriously," he says to my statement.
"Yep," I answered.
"God I wish I was still in school,"
"Your 2 years older than me,"
"Oh, I almost forgot, they're letting you go tomorrow," he said making me depressed. Great. I looked up and saw he too was sad.
"I guess I should get ready?" I, kinda, asked.
"You can't have that much stuff here," he said.
"No, but I do need to get my meds and appointments,"
"OK, Marco we need to take some blood and check your blood pressure, the usual," Sarah said. I let her see my arm and stick a needle in the middle of my arm. She checked my heart and blood pressure. I looked over at the door and saw Mark looking the opposite way. Sarah said she was done and left the room.
"I'm guessing you don't like needles," I said after I was sure no one was near us. He shook it off and sat back down. I knew we were going to be talking for a while.
