It was now Tuesday and school is even more like hell now that everyone has heard that 'I talk'. My arm itched and my head was pounding. People kept looking at me. I still looked out the window. The teachers hadn't heard yet. The principal wants me to start going to the school guidance counselor for my 'problems'.

The bell rang loudly and everyone ran out. Except for me and Luke. Lacy wasn't here today so I was stuck with him.

"OK, Marco you can take it easy, Luke don't let him do all the work, and I'll be right back," the teacher said in a rush. I looked at the time then at Luke. I have to spend two hours with this asshole.

"So, do you want me to-" he started before I cut him off.

"I've got this," I said quietly. I grabbed the computer he had set on his desk and started to work on our project. He sat down next to me and watched. My fingers glide all along the keys. His gaze started to make me self-conscious. His eyes looked at me with an emotion that I couldn't decipher.

"She said we have to work together," he said finally.

"Oh well," I said simply. I continued to work on the project. His gaze was intense and filled with emotion.

My phone was on my right side and my brothers' old pill bottle on my left. I promised I wouldn't cut. He never said don't get high. He means nothing. My blade or the pills. My mind was fighting for an answer. Cut or don't cut?
