Can somebody hang out with Sofi tonight, I want to have some time to catch up with my wonderful girlfriend. We love you Sofi, but we're young and need time to ourselves too.

Camz I'm in lab right now and my group is already upset with me for leaving early last week. I also have to go into the studio later for some designs that I need to get done. Can we go out another night?

Tomorrow it is. Get ready for a night of sweatpants and snacks galore. Nothing between us, a bowl of popcorn, and whatever movies you choose.

Mmm, I couldn't have asked for a hotter date night. Can't wait

The next night

Lauren's POV

"Lauren, what the hell. This was supposed to be a cute date of rom-coms, NOT horror movies." She says before throwing her head back into my shoulder as I laugh. "Camz, it's not that scary." 

"She's deaf and a guy is trying to break into her house to probably rob and kill her, how is that not scary? He's a psycho, she's going to die Lauren." She said we could watch any movie I wanted, so being the asshole I can be, I chose to watch Hush. "She's not going to die, she's the main character. He is going to chase her around like a cat with a mouse until she finally escapes or somehow kills him. Its common sense when watching movies like this." I feel her get slightly less tense and look at the screen for the first time in a while. "There's your pretty face. I was starting to miss looking at those eyes." I say before she leans up to kiss me. As soon as we reach each other, the movie got loud as a jumpscare occurred, causing Camila to jump back. Again, she curls into my arm and hides herself. 

I finally decide to put her out of her misery and pause the movie. I watch her as she continues to hide as if the guy in the movie will come alive and get her. After a minute of silence, she peeks up to see that I had stopped it. "You're such a baby." I pretend to make fun of her as she pouts, "But you're my baby." I can tell she tries to hide the grin forming due to my cheesy line, but she fails miserably. "We can watch The Notebook if you want, I'll finish this movie with Sofi tomorrow since she can handle scary shit." The brown-eyed girl slaps my arm and snatches the remote out of my hand to turn the movie she loves so much.

"Okay wait, if I have to sit through this movie again, can I at least turn it into a drinking game?" There's a fearless glint in my girlfriend's eyes and I know she's up for my idea. "How about we take a drink whenever somebody says one of the two main character's names or the word love. And any time they say a cheesy ass quote you have seen on Tumblr or Instagram." I challenge the woman of my dreams although we would end up drinking the same amount in the end. She agrees and we settle in after grabbing our drinks of choice.

"Ally. Ally? ALLY! Can you hear me, why aren't you talking? Oh my god Camila, what if she's dead?" The ringing of my phone stops, why was it ringing again? "What's up Lauren?" My heart starts pumping again and I feel the relief flow through my body at the sound of my friend's voice, confirming that my worries were over nothing. "I just wanted to say that I love you." 

Slap

"Ouch!" I honestly didn't feel it, but the noise made by my girlfriend's hand on my arm sounded sharp, so I reacted. I look up at her to see her eyebrows furrowed and arms crossed. "Oh, I love you as a friend. You're awesome, Ally." I realize what made my girlfriend upset and was quick to fix it. "Lauren, are you okay? What brought this up, you're not dying, right?" 

"No, we just wanted you to know we love you, but not as much as I lerv Lern Jergi. She's so fucking hot and smart." The brunette next to me adds in to the conversation. "Oh, you two were drinking. Makes sense. Camila, you do know that I'm watching your sister right now, correct?" The brown-eyed girl shakes her head, as if Ally could see her, and then confirms, "Yeah." 

"You know I have it on speaker phone right now and she can hear anything I hear, right?" Her eyes nearly pop out of her head upon hearing that. "Oh shit, it's the PoPo. Run Lauren!" She yells before running out of the room, Naruto style.
