Twenty Seven

🌸Lilac🌸

I look up from my phone and see Jayden and Vicki. I was just coming to the conclusion that she was just trying to make me scared when she said Jayden wanted me. Now I think she might've been serious.

I grab Prim's hand and try to speed walk past them. Luckily we don't need to go exactly where they are, but there is a chance that they could still see us. When I just became relieved because we almost passed them, Vicki looks at us and smirks. For fuck sake!

Vicki nudges Jayden with her elbow and points to us. I freeze for a second, trying to think of a way to get out of this situation.

Then they start running towards us. Prim screams and we both start running. Prim's ahead of me, which I'm actually thankful of because if they catch up to us they're more likely to grab me first.

"Prim!" I yelled. She looks back at me. "If they catch me I want you to keep running home and tell our cousins what's going on!"

She nods. Cousins is a code word for the boys. Don't know why we made that up, but now I'm happy that we did.

And then it happens. They catch me. Vicki grabs me by the hair and throws me to the ground. Then Jayden bends down in front of me and punches me in the face. Then I black out.

I look back to see Lilac knocked out on the ground and Vicki and Jayden talking. I don't know what they're saying because I'm too far away. I stop for a second and I'm about to go help Lilac, but then I remember what she said. I had to get to the boys.

I start running again. Then I stop when I'm at the front door to the house. I bang on the door because I don't want to take out Lilac's house key from my pocket; it'll take too long. I hear one of the boys running to the door. I don't know who opened it, but I jumped into their arms and cried.

"Woah, woah. It's okay. Where's Lilac?" It was Jack.

"Lilac's not there? Where is she?" Andy asks.

"V-Vicki and J...J...Jayden g-got h-her." I stuttered.

"No, no, no (Some more song lyrics people! Okay, this is a sad moment. I'll stop now.). She can't be!" Andy yells.

"I-I'm s-so s-s-sorry!" I sobbed.

"Hey, it's okay. It's not your fault." Jack assured me. He rubbed my back and walked over to the sofa with me still in his arms.

I sat there, thinking about what they're gonna do to Lilac.

Will they kill her?
Will they beat her?
Will they leave her alone?

I don't even know what to think right now. My big sister has been abducted and I watched it happen and I didn't help.

What's gonna happen to her?

Thursday

I've been in a random room for a while. There's some food and water in the room. When I wake up it's always there. I rarely ever sleep, but when I do it's only for about an hour. About all I have right now is my clothes. My phone, my keys, everything I own is gone...

The good thing is that I gave Prim my keys when we left the house.

I haven't spoken to anyone. Not even Jayden or Vicki. I've just been alone. I know they've been here though because they leave me notes and food. The bad thing is I've only eaten twice this week because they don't always give me food.
