Sleepy comments (Markiplier)

Mark Fishbach~ no warnings

It's late. Maybe 1 am. I don't feel like checking the clock. I'm snuggled tightly into Mark's lap, my head tucked close to his chest as I drift in and out of sleep. Mark is talking and playing Overwatch, with Sean, Wade, and Bob. I glance up every once in a while when Mark laughs especially hard to see what in the world is so funny and always end up smiling sleepily at the screen. Mark suddenly gently rubs my side.

"You tired baby? You can go to bed," he says gently. He must have muted his mic while they were waiting for a round to begin. I slowly shake my head and rub my eyes.

"No, no I'm fine," I say before I yawn. He chuckles at me.

"Mm, fine fine. Stay here then," He coos and ruffles my hair a little. I giggle sleepily and cling to his shirt as he starts talking to his friends again. I stare at the screen, watching the animated battle flash across it.

Another fifteen minutes had gone past and I was basically asleep. Mark kept trying to talk to me and I kept mumbling back weak, sleepy comments.

"Baby, seriously, go to bed," Mark chuckled softly, trying to nudge me off his lap gently. I grumble and cling to him.

"But you're warm and cozy and your voice is so soothing," I protest and he holds me back against him.

"Alright babe, alright," He rubs my back a little and I instantly start drifting off again. He kisses my forehead and I hear him telling the guys he has to go for a minute. I whine out a protest as he scooped me up.

"Hush. I'm taking you to bed and I'll stay with you until you're snoring. Okay?" He says gently as he walks to our bedroom. I nod lazily against his chest. He sets me on the bed and pulls the covers over me. I snuggle against the pillows, letting out a sleepy sigh. He crawls into bed beside me and spoons me from behind, playing with my hair gently. I hum as I drift in and out of sleep before finally letting myself fall into the warm embrace of sleep.
