You and your parents live peaceful civilization lives. Just up until you turn 22, and guards from the royal kingdom take several girls away to determine if they are suited for their sons. You're angry, confused, and bitter. You have no idea what mig...
Taehyung, Yuna, and you walk out of the carriage in slight fear of what to come. Taehyung scans the area, and ushers both of you inside the castle.
"Prince, Thank you for what you've done today, with letting me see my parents and... saving me from them." You bow at a 90-degree angle and keep that position until he grips onto your shoulder.
"No need, I'm happy to be of help. Now please, both of you go get some rest." He waves goodbye and leaves your sights.

(Your POV)
Early at daybreak, a maid knocks rapidly at your door, waking you. You step out of bed and rub your eyes while reaching for the doorknob.
"Good morning, what is it you need?" You say tiredly.
"I've come to inform you that Prince Hoseok intends to teach you how to dance in the studio for the upcoming ball. Yuna will be joining in the later hours of the day." The maid says.
"Thank you, but why do I have to depart so early?"
"For your safety. It'll be safer for you to travel in the early hours so that any culprit will not suspect." She bows and swiftly leaves her doorway.
That's... An odd reasoning.
You shake the thought out of your suspecting mind and head over to the studio.
"Prince, Good morning." Your eyes scan the room and land on the broken mirror on the wall. Remembering the pain it held, you grip your scalp.
Hoseok comes out of the corner of your eye and greets you happily. "Y/N-Ah! Good morning." He smiles and pats your back. "I'm sorry for having you come this early. But my f-- I- I made the decision to try to keep you as safe as possible." He smiles and pats your back.
His beaming smile immediately kicks you out of any monotone attitude.
"So, today we're going to be learning a traditional ballroom dance. Mostly consisting of swaying spinning and overall just an elegant style to it." His steps over to your with the most confidence you've seen him generate.
With a sudden burst of confidence as well, you grip his hand. He blinks in confusion for a moment but soon eases up to your grip and nods.
"Alright, to begin with, the simple steps and sways of the first dance." He raises one of your hands and places it gently around himself. Whilst he does that, he brings his arm around you and pulls you in close. With his other hand, he raises both of his hand and yours into the air.
"Like this." Hoseok steps around the wooden floor, leading you around with him.
"I heard you went to Yuna's home kingdom whilst you were gone."
"Ah, right, yes, I did." You reply.
He frowns slightly. "I'm sorry, I wasn't aware you were going to dance there, I would've helped you out earlier..."
"No, don't be sorry, I didn't dance that much, to be honest." You laugh echoes throughout the room.
His smile resurfaces once you laugh. "You should laugh more, it looks delightful when you do."
Taken aback by his comment, you begin to lightly blush. "T-thank you, Prince."
Hoseok lets out a laugh and spins you around. "Did you dance with anyone?" He leans down close to you ask her suspends you up by holding out both of your hands.
"N-Nearly." You reply as he spins you around again.
"With who?" He sets you back on two feet and looks deep into your eyes, still having a shining smile.
"Uhm, someone named Sehun." His smile quickly fades at the sound of his name roll off your tongue. "What--"
"I... Don't think you should see him again." He releases your hands and walks over to take a sip of water.
"Why?" You come up close to him and fiddle with your fingers.
"I don't think he'll be a good influence on you." He plops down on a seat and avoids your eyes.
"I'm sorry, I'm not trying to question your authority, but I didn't think he was terrible. He was just... extremely flirtatious." You take a step away from Hoseok as his eyes meet yours.
Hoseok licks his lips clean of water and stands up to approach you. "I don't have that great of a history with him, and frankly, I just don't like him. I'm not asking you to pick a bias, but please steer clear of him." You bump into a wall as he comes closer to you, but he comes to an abrupt stop and looks up. "I'll see you later, Y/N."
Hoseok grabs his jacket and closes the door behind him, leaving you alone in the glass studio.
