(Your POV)
The wedding ended promptly. You sat next to Jungkook quietly, and partially in fear. Jungkook tried to console you, but you knew that you didn't deserve it. After all, you did poke your head into places it didn't belong.
Jungkook strides up next to you, matching your slow pace. "I... I don't know what exactly happened back there, but I know Hoseok must've been mad for a reason... From experience, Hoseok isn't... the brightest when angered... Please be careful around him for now, ok?"
As Jungkook told you this, you already knew Hoseok deep down was holding back. All you do is nod as a reply.
Letting out a deep sigh, Jungkook links his arm with yours and escorts you to the car. "Sorry, Y/N." When he puts you in the car he closes the door after you, leaving him behind. Confused you look around the car, only to see Hoseok.
"H-Hoseok-" You start to say, but he cuts you off with a scowl.
Damn Jungkook.
The both of you sit in silence as a dark tension looms over Hoseok. "H-Hoseok, I'm sorry... I wasn't thinking... I entered your private life without your consent..." He doesn't bother to answer you or look at you.
The ride this time around seems longer. And it was. Your car was stuck in evening traffic.
"I told you not to talk to Sehun." Hoseok suddenly mutters. "You did anyway. He told you everything, didn't he? From us being orphaned to the dread Father put us through?"
"Y-Yes..." You murmur.
You look down in utter shame. You knew you were wrong.
"Y/N, there's a reason why I didn't want you to know these things. I know... I know that you're a curious girl with lots of questions, but when it comes to someone's private life, restrain yourself." Hoseok looks back out the window, obviously still angry.
You don't say anything else. You didn't want to make anything any worst.

When the both of you arrive back home, Hoseok speeds away from you and jin comes up from behind.
"Y/N..." He looks down at you with sad eyes. "I'm sorry about Hoseok. But please know where he's coming from. He's tried to bury that aspect of his past, but it keeps getting resurfaced. Deep down, Hoseok is a very sad man. He conceals it in front of us and guests, but he is very fragile."
You look down in shame. "I'm sorry."
"Y/N, you're so very kind. Hoseok will come to his senses soon enough." Jin straightens his tie and was about to walk away but you stop him.
"I'm sorry to you as well."
Jin looks back with glassy eyes. He stares at you for a moment but looks away.

The next day approaches quietly, but quickly. You haven't talked much to anyone since the wedding, and you still feel terrible. You pace around your room, contemplating what you can do to resolve this dilemma and regrow your friendship with Hoseok and Jin.
Suddenly, a maid bursts into your room and tell you to meet downstairs, and that you're late. You curse under your breath and run downstairs.
Jin is standing at the head of the dining table and the rest of his brothers are gathered. You walk over and stand next to Jungkook, one of the few people still talking to you.
"What's happening?" You whisper to him. Jungkook looks down and looks back up and Jin.
"He's announcing something, I don't know." Jungkook shrugs.
