Sonakshi wanted to make his life hell but poor she was unaware of the hell he was going through.

Half of the day has passed and today Sonakshi was much engrossed in her work meanwhile Dev was hungry as hell. He was having a few pennies but decided not to spend them on his food, as he wants to gift a novel to his beloved sister, he knew she loves to read novels and he wanted to gift her the latest arrival.

It was the series of last days of this month. His pocket was tight. But he was thankful that Riya will be here at starting days of the month. She didn't know how poor her bhai was! She still thinks that all the properties are of them, poor girl.

A smile unknowingly played on his lips when he thought of Riya.

At lunchtime, Dev was offered to have some food by his colleague peons. Of course, the lunch wasn't even enough for them, how he was supposed to finish everything. But still, he ate a few things to relax as he didn't want to faint at least.

Just an hour was left, and it was all for him today. He wanted to get back and fill his tummy.

She bangs at the Bell, irked.

He was slouched in the canteen as he was all weak and pale. But still, he managed to drag himself towards her room.

"Yes Ma'am," He asks peeping inside her cabin.

"Who the hell will do dusting of files?" she yells.

"Don't worry Ma'am I'll do it right now," says he and gets back to her cabin with a dusting cloth.

She was gritting in anger as he was disturbing her continuously by being present in the same room. Meanwhile, he was weak but still was trying to finish his work as soon as he could.

Suddenly someone knocks on her cabin.

"Come in," says she without showing any interest.

"Hi Shona..." it was Elena. Dev smiles seeing her still so bubbly and beautiful. Sonakshi greets her and she made herself sit before Sonakshi.

When suddenly she notices Dev as a peon, her mouth and eyes widen in disbelief. "Sona...." But before she could complete it. "He's working as a peon in my office," says she interrupting. Dev understands that he was their topic for now.

"As they say, KARMA IS A BITCH" Elena taunts him with a loud voice and he stops for a while. Sonakshi laughs hard. "I love you for this Sona" she taunts. He feels hurt, but of course, remains silent.

"Ma'am, can I take your leave now? I'm done with all my work" He asks politely.

"Are you suffering from short term memory loss?" she yells. "You weren't have reached on time today!!" she reminds him and he stands with his head hung low.

"By the way, Mr Peon, can you please bring me a glass of water?" says Elena. He nods in agreement and proceeds to follow the given order.

"Sona.... I'm so glad that you are finally getting a chance to take your revenge! Just don't spare him" she grits in anger.
