Chapter 8:Lisa and Rivers confession

Lisa's pov

I woke up in my room in Titans Tower. I looked and it was 3:00 pm. 'Oh man I can't believe I over slept. I so much trouble.', I thought. I ran down the hall and I knocked someone down with me. I opened my eyes and it was Robin. I apologized, and started to run but Robin grabbed my wrist. He pulled me into a hug. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do. Then my body reacted for me. I put my arms around me and I hugged him back.

I choked out,"I was so scared yesterday. You must be mad at me for sleeping in really late."

He stroked my head. "Don't worry I'm not mad. I'm just so happy your back home with everyone who cares about you. The team really care about you and River like you wouldn't believe. The ones who love you both more than everything is me and Andrew. I love you, and Andrew loves River so very much."

I couldn't help it he was appealing to my emotions. I knew I was too close, I didn't care someone loves me for me. Robin is the only boy who cares about me and isn't afraid of what I was capable of. I was afraid though so I separated from him and ran for the living room then out the door to the training grounds outside. It was raining, but I didn't care I climbed the nearest tree. I just needed to get away from everyone. I saw River and Andrew they were sparing and he was giving her pointers on how to collect the water all around her. She used the rain drops and the water which drenched her to form a huge wave and sent it rolling towards Andrew. He didn't see it coming. It hit him, he fell to the ground choking on water. River ran to him.

River's pov

I saw him on the ground choking on water. I ran to him. I met his gaze. His face was a face of shock, pain, and pride in his student. I went down on my knees to his level. When he got up, I was so happy I kissed him. I didn't care if anyone saw. He put his arms around my waist, and I put mine around his neck. We kissed for what seemed like ten minutes. We stopped when I heard the faint gasp of Lisa's voice. I noticed she was in the tree Andrew was behind. She didn't fall from the tree but she was soaked. She didn't look to happy.

"Sorry Lisa, didn't know you were over there.", I say.

She says,"Yeah I know. I should have said something but I was just so fascinated with your guys' sparing. I can't spare with anybody."

I hear Andrew say. "Why don't you ask Robin to spare with you. I know he'd be more than happy."

She said,"It's not that. It's something else."

"Well than what is it!?!?!?", I ask.

She replied,"Robin told me he loves me. I feel the same way, but I don't know how everyone else would treat me if they found out. I'm just scared to be double-crossed yet again. What do you think I should do."

I replied," I'll give you an example by confessing my feelings to the person I love."

Andrew asked,"Who is it? Who do you like?"

I replied,"I love you silly. I really do love you. Andrew I care about you and if you got hurt I wouldn't know what to do." I kissed him. He wasn't expecting it because he wasn't sure if I was lying or telling the truth. As I released him I whispered to him I really did love him and that I wasn't lying. I saw Robin exit the tower and take Lisa by the wrist and take her inside. Andrew and I followed him. He was yelling at her. Telling her she could've caught a cold, she yelled back at him. She ended up running to her room and slamming the door and locking it. Robin stormed to his room and let his door close behind him.

Lisa's pov

I ran to my room, and slammed the door behind me. I was so angry with Robin right now. I actually contemplated running away, and leaving a note that said "I'm never coming back. Goodbye forever!" That wouldn't be fair to the rest of the team. Robin might be blamed for it since he yelled at me. I went to the living room cause Cy said if me and Robin don't come out and talk to each other he'll blast down our doors. We walked into the living room at the same time. I sat on the opposite side as Robin cause I was still angry with him.

Cy said,"Now me and the rest of the team are going out. Andrew and River are going on a date together. You two are going to stay here and make up like caring teammates. I can keep you two here all night if I wanted to. We're leaving and when we get back expect to see good results."

The door slide shut behind Cyborg and it locked us in. We couldn't leave without Cy knowing. I stared at Robin which moved slightly closer to me when the team left. I realized we were all alone. Just me and Robin all alone. I guess I could tell him how I feel. He rose from the couch to try and open the door. It gave him a slight shock and a warning that said "nice try Robin I installed this when you were injured. It was insure you wouldn't do anything stupid. Hahahahaha! Bye bye." Robin punched the wall. I had to wrap it in gaws pads and an ace bandage. He thanked me.

"Robin why do you insist on hurting yourself?", I asked him.

He snapped,"That's none of your concern! Why do you even want to know!?!?!"

I yelled,"Because I LOVE YOU! I care about you, you stupid boy! You don't know how much I even love you do you!?!?!?!?"

I kissed him before he could even replied. We were kissing when Cy checked in, he needed to cough to get me to stop. Robin and I were so red, Cy just laughed.

He said,"Looks like you two made up just fine. Even if she kissed you and you didn't kiss her first. I don't care just have fun on your little date you two."

We yelled in unison,"Wait......WHAT?!?! Date??????? We weren't told about this!" He just hung up and we didn't know what he meant. So I made us some homemade pizza. Robin loved the pizza I made. I was so happy he did. We picked out a scary movie together. I wanted to watch "insidious" but he wanted to watch "mama".I compromised and said we'd watch "mama".It was pretty scary. When the ghost the two girls called mama ran after them. I got so scared I kinda.....ok I did jump into Robin's lap. He said it was ok that it was just a movie. For the rest of the movie I was in Robin's arms cause I wouldn't stop getting scared. When Andrew and River got back we were both passed out on the couch.

Andrew's pov

When River and I got back Robin and Lisa were passed out of the couch. Lisa was in his arms, probably cause they were watching Robin's favorite movie "Mama". It's pretty scary. They looked so cute, it made both me and River sick. We woke them up with a spirt of water on them. Robin screamed like a little girl, and Lisa just sat there with her mouth open. Little did I know she would scratch me in the arm and kick me in the gut. She stormed off to her room, so did Robin, but he did wasn't mad about the water he was mad because I got Lisa wet. He knew since she was a cat girl she didn't like to get wet. River gave me a goodnight kiss on the cheek. She went to bed.

She said,"Night Andrew. I'll see you in the morning."

I gave her a kiss on the forehead. "Night River. I love you. Have a good nights rest."

Cy called for help I told him that Robin and River and Lisa were asleep. Lisa came out and Cy told her the problem.

She said,"Kay, Cy we'll be right there."

I told him I needed to do this, we left only to meet someone I truly despise.
