Chapter 29

Cy's Pov

I walked into Kanin and Robin fighting for a reason I didn't know. When Kanin scratched Rob that's where I drew the line.

I pulled them apart from each other and kept them from each other.

"Can you guys not fight?! Lis is scared enough because of a dream she had last night. Star is comforting her right now. And what in the world are you guys fighting about?", I said.

Robin said, "He's just being an overprotective mutt!"

"That's it!", Kanin snapped. He was about to pounce but he stopped. I looked to the other side of the room. Lisa was there. She ran to Kanin and hugged him. She was crying.

"Ni-ni, Ni-ni. I'm scared Oni-Ni. I had the most terrifying dream.", She cried.

Kanin did the most brotherly thing I've seen him do. He stroked her head and hair trying to calm her. I looked over to Robin and he was steamed. He tried to punch Kanin, but Kanin simply put his hand out from holding his sis and shows his claws. This is used as intimidation, cause Lis did that once. He walked her back to her room.

Robin yelled, "I'm not done with you yet."

Kanin said, "Well I am. I don't need this right now. Lisa doesn't need us fighting right now. Maybe later, but not now."

"Rob, he's older than you and he's right. She doesn't need this. It's only 3 o'clock in the morning get back to sleep. Night."

I heard him say good night. I went back in my room to get some sleep. I then heard something break in.

What was that? I hope Robs ok., I thought.
