So, about the Realms. . . Yes they are sorta different worlds/dimensions. Yoongi and Grey grew up in the Realm of Light, the Realm they visited in the last chapter.
They later moved to Earth, which leads on in the other books in the series. And you see how Namjoon, Jungkook, Tae, and Jin are there too.
Because they all grew up in the Realms, the only ones that didn't are Jimin, and also Hoseok, who will come later. . .
Jungkook is the ruler of all of the Realms, except for the Realm of Darkness because it is deserted, which is why they wanted more security on it. So he's the king.
Taehyung is supposed to be Jungkook's High Guard, but as you can see he doesn't even remember that he has a job. Him and Jungkook are best friends, which will later cause conflict in Jungkook's story in the 'Grey Skies' Series:
Which will be called 'Stolen Kingdoms', but let's not talk about that right now.
Yoongi is Grey's step-brother, but they knew each other long before their parents remarried. They are co-whatever you wanna call them, because they both and only control the ways of the Realms, even though Grey is always ever on Earth and Yoongi in the Realms.
Jin is a Master. He teaches the others to prepare themselves to their visits to the other Realms and Earth, and is basically Jungkook's right hand council.
Namjoon visits the Realms regularly, though was born in the Realms. He's part of the High Council, but his twin sister - yes, Miniu - has only been a few times, and I'm not going to tell you why, hehe. . .
