"take a sad song and make it better,"

Two Months Later
Jimin and GreyWe walked with our hands entangled, the wind blowing our locks messily everywhere as laughter fell from our rose painted lips.
Spring was nearing with every passing day, the scent of cherry blossoms invading our senses as we continued to walk.
He glanced at me, squeezing my hand a little tighter, before giving me a smile.
The pale moonglade gleamed down on our figures, our night walk allowing us to bond even more with ever word spoken.
"What's my favorite color?"
"You don't have one. . . Do you?"
"Nope!" I giggled at his expression, before he laughed. Swaying over hands back and forth, before he moved our connected hands over so his arm was wrapped closely onto me.
"Yours is yellow, correct?"
"Only because it's the color of the sunset that could still never be as beautiful as you."
I felt my face heat up, pink creeping onto my cheeks. "Stop, you make me flustered. . ." I murmured.
He pecked my cheek sweetly, making my heart flutter at the simplest of his actions.
We made it to our destination, which happened to be the park where we had our first proper meeting.
"Do you remember when we ate our ice cream hereㅡ oh, and I fell asleep on that bench until you came!" I pointed, grinning like some child.
Jimin nodded, sitting down on the wood and patting a spot next to him, which I accepted. "I've realized we've grown a lot since then. You're not that short anymore, and I don't have pink hair, and we were still a teenagers."
I glared a little at being called short, but chuckled. "Yeah. . . Change has always been one of my greatest fears."
"What do you mean?"
"Well," Looking up, I shrugged. "I don't know. . . After my dad passed everything changed and bad things started happening. I get scared of the simplest of changes, like when I changed how my living room looked. That freaked me out,"
He rubbed my shoulder reassuringly. "Sometimes change is good. My life changed when I met you, and that was good."
"C'mon, I'm not that precious." I rolled my eyes a little, hearing a nearby owl hoot calmly as the cicada's buzzed by a bush.
