"you treat me like im the only person that's on this earth. . . with you. its sweet."

-

I just waited until Jimin arrived. I rolled around in my bed, the covers eventually falling off, causing me to shiver.

I wiped my tears, because I knew it would only cause more pain. All of my other thoughts had drifted away somehow, because of the unbearable pain. Why did it suddenly hurt though?

I had failed to reach for the bottle of water near my bed, just leaving my arm hanging over the side if the bed.

I heard a sharp DING! from my doorbell, which caused to me to jump.

"Jimin?" I stood from my bed, an overwhelming dizziness causing me to lean against the wall for support.

I slowly made my way downstairs, hearing voices from behind the door. I opened it, seeing Jimin's pink hair and a faded, dyed redhead.

Jimin gasped, coming inside with the unknown person and closing the door behind him. He reached his hand up to my forehead, before I swatted his hand away and fell into the couch in the living room.

"Grey, you're burning up!" He said, before he hesitantly looked at the couch. I gave him a small nod, before he sat down next to me.

"Who's the friend?" I murmured, wincing.

"That's Hoseok, the room mate I told you about. He insisted on helping," I nodded again, waving a little.

"I. . . Brought you some soup." It had just now dawned on me that I actually realized how awkward this situation was.

Jimin was almost barely a stranger to me, but it also felt strange that I put most of my trust in him. Maybe it was because, he wasn't such an hesitant person to tell me what they thought about. . . well, me.

But I gave him a genuine yet weak smile for the kind gesture. "Thanks, Chim. Hey, Hoseok, you can sit down."

Hoseok gave me a soft, bright smile. I had to hold back my urge to just reach up and pinch his cheeks, but I couldn't help but smile back.

He settled onto one of the cushions near the window seal. "Thank you. You know, Jiminie talks about you a lot-"

"Hoseok!" Jimin lightly punched his friend, before he turned back to me, worry edged on my face.

"It's almost 6:00am, I don't think you should go anywhere later today,"

I pressed my fingers on the bridge of my nose, hoping it would wear the pain away at least a little. "But I have work today-"

"Work can wait, I'm sorry. I just hope you're not sick or anything serious." I shook my head at this.

"I get. . . a lot of migraines, but they're never this bad that I can barely even open my eyes."

Hoseok frowned from across the room, where a Tatero plushie was laying in his lap. "Jimin says you really are oblivious to most things, or you're always in denial and you don't always want to believe what a actually happening."

Silence.

Jimin glared this time, before I whimpered and let my head fall into the couch cushions.

"It hurts~!"

"Do you have any frozen pea's?"

"Why the heck do you want frozen pea's wHEN I'M HURTING?" Hoseok and Jimin giggled, then it was my turn to glare. He gave me a quirked eyebrow, and just a look that said 'dude, yes or no?'

"Yes."

He departured from his seat next to me, and all the warmth disappeared. I was slightly disappointed; it was still cold to me.

He opened my fridge, muttering a small victory "aha!" before he came back with the small package of pea's wrapped in a sink towel.

Hoseok grabbed a discarded blanket from the side of the couch, laying it over me.

"What are you doing?" My voice was barely above a whisper, I think, and glared at them both, internally blaming them for my pain.

"We're drowning out your pain!"

I hit my head with my hands which I didn't think over, because it made it worse.

Jimin sat down again, before he gently set the pea's on my head, the freezing just making it worse.

"Just leave it on here for a while. The fever should wear off in a bit, just lay down here for a while," He pulled the blanket up to my chin a little.

"Awww~!" There was a snap, followed by Hoseok's cute laugh. We looked up, to see that he was holding a blue polaroid where a small photo came. It reminded me of Jin, when he spends time with us, he's always taking pictures.

"Hobi, I swear-"

"Haha! It's so cuuuuute!"

I ignored them, just closing my eyes shut and at least trying to go to sleep. They were silent after that.

Eventually, the cold cooled down the fever and the aching actually do spared for a little while. Yet I couldn't fall asleep.

But I didn't want to tell them that.
