I glanced back at Jimin in the cafe, frowning to myself.
I couldn't just leave him here, right after he declared that we're now a thing.
But I have to go, right?
"Oㅡ Okay, where are you?"
"Near the alleyway where the entrance from the Realms is, remember? But where are you?"
"With Jimin. . ."
Silence.
"You mean you're at the cafe where Hoseok is?"
"Yes! And I just said yes when Jimin asked me to be his girlfriend and I can't just leave now!" I shouted, causing Namjoon to sigh.
"Grey, you know there isn't a choice for you to stay. I'm sorry,"
I knitted brows together. "Fine. I'll be there soon."
I hung up before he spoke anymore words.
I went back into the cafe, seeing that Jimin wasn't at the table and maybe he went to check on Hoseok or something. . .
But when he came back, worry was flashed all over his face.
"What's wrong?"
"Hoseok's not in the bathroom, and there's no way he left. I would have saw himㅡ"
I mentally screamed at myself, before speaking up loudly. "Jimin, I'm really sorry but I have to go!"
And with that, I grabbed my coat and ran out once more, I looked behind me, seeing that he was standing at the door.
"Please don't hate me for this!"
"Wait, Grey come back!"
I'm not exaggerating when I say I ran as fast as my legs could carry me. I ran across the street, going downtown and passing by the park me and Jimin had a real conversation at.
Please don't be mad.
Of course he's mad, you just left him!
The cold air hit my eyes, causing me to blink rapidly and continuing running, as my hair was slowly starting to run out from my heaving lungs.
I stopped, bending over and almost falling onto the ground, my knees wobbling.
I took in a deep breath, desperate for some water just so my lungs would stop burning and my eyes stop glossing over.
Looking up, I spotted Namjoon waiting by the alley right behind the park, and it reminded me of the back of the market from the Light Realm.
"Grey!" I heard Jimin's voice yell, causing me to turn around sharply.
