"don't leave me now, believe, start running. . ."
-
I jolted awake from the dream, clutching my chest to see if it would calm my erodic breathing.
It didn't really help, as my clothes stuck to my skin from the cold sweat, remembering I didn't turn Miniu's heater off in the living room before I fell asleep.
Seeing Hoseok's once happy face, hearing his breaths, his sad cries. . .
I wiped my eyes, just continuing to sob quietly, shivering from the temperature of the room and my sweat.
It hurts. Everything hurts again.
Why didn't I help him?
Why didn't I just talk to him?
Why was I so foolish?
I just wanted to feel him in my embrace again, knowing that he did nothing wrong and it wasn't his fault.
I have to tell him that.
I have to see him again, even if I barely remember anything from the past years about him.
What if he really did change?
I'll feel so guilty.
I gasped for breath, a lump rising un my throat as I held my cries back, looking around the room. I hate crying, god, I hate it so much.
The guest room door opened, before the still unamed dog came scurrying into my room, followed by a worried Namjoon.
"NamㅡNamjoon. . ."
He stared at me a little, before he frowned, "Grey, what happened?"
"He. . . Iㅡ"
He didn't need any explanation, before he walked towards me, plopping down next to me on the bed.
"Its okay, it was just a dream. Nothing was real,"
"But it was! Everything is real and I should've helped him, why didn't I?" I choked on the last words, before he wrapped his arms around me, bringing up the dog to lay at my feet.
"I didn't mean to wake you. . ." He nodded, wiping my burning cheeks with his knuckles and assuring me he could cafe less about sleep.
"Do you think you'll be okay?"
I nodded quickly, swallowing. "I have this cutie," My hands were surely cold, but the small dog didn't seem to mind as I pet him, leaning into my touch.
"Just let me know if you need anything, okay?"
All I did was nod quietly, before he sent me a soft smile, clicking on a nearby lamp somewhere across my dresser, the small light dimming the room.
He left the room, the door closing with a slight noise.
I peered down at the puppy in my lap, "I feel bad that I'm just calling you 'boy' all the time. But what should I name you?"
He yawned along with me, finding his spot at the end of the bed and curling down, looking at me until I payed down as well.
I fell back onto my pillow slowly, a little afraid to sleep again. I didn't want to see him again at the moment.

At The Palace (In the Realms)
Christmas Decorating"You know, I don't understand why we're decorating, if we're not even gonna be here for Christmas." Taehyung had a fair point, as he held lights in his hands, with a puzzled look.
He still didn't understand the point of decorating.
"Jungkookㅡah, be careful up there! I don't want you to get strangled by lights as well. . ." He gestured to the huge pine tree next to him.
Jungkook looked down from the ladder, shrugging. "I'm not that high, hyung,"
"Does it really matter if you're high? You act like you're high on chocolate milk everyday," Yoongi muttered, struggling with the tape on his fingers as he eventually gave up.
"Or maybe because all of those wine samples you drank," Taehyung laughed a little, before Yoongi stared at him.
Jungkook sighed loudly, as the three on the ground could hear it. "I wish Noona was here."
"We all do," Jin said, smiling a little sadly. He did miss one of his youngest 'children', of course.
"Feeling emotions is complicated." Yoongi said, plugging in a set of lights, and instantly regretting all of his life choices.
"HYUNG! THEREㅡ THERE'S FIRE!" Jungkook yelled, climbing down the ladder swiftly and stumbling into Tae's grasp.
"I knew there was a broken bulb!" Jin screamed, moving a frightened Yoongi and the two youngers away from the mess and yelling for one of the maids and other guards.
Someone came in with an extinguisher, pulling the cord and a blast of foam going everywhere, all if them confused.
Jin was yelling nonㅡstop in some incoherent alien language, Taehyung staring at him wildly, as though understanding and in shock.
He stood stanchly in front of Jungkook, making sure none of them got hurt but most importantly the youngest and king.
The foam stopped, flowing everywhere on the floor as everyone panted quietly.
A very in shock Namjoon turned around, wiping foam from his dimpled cheek and breathing quite heavily, before letting the cam fall the floor with a clank.
"I leave Earth for the night, come back, then leave again for five minutes. What the heck happened?!"
Taehyung waved his hands in the air wildly after flicking white foam from Jungkook's hair. "See! This is why we wish Grey noona was here."
