*back at holland manor*

i walked in the doors of the manor since the malfoys had picked me up from the station aswell and dropped me off

"emerson, sweetie i've missed you so much" my mum said hugging me

my father came in and hugged me whilst my brother ran down the stairs to hug me

"EMERY" he yelled and engulfed me in a hug

"aw elijah i missed you" i said hugging him back

"you need to go get ready we are going to the malfoy manor for the ball, i have your dress already sitting out" my mum said

i ran upstairs and went into my room

the malfoys have a ball like this every year and they're quite fun

there is always such good food there i love attending

my mother had picked out a gorgeous red dress that had gems at the top and was very big and poofy at the bottom

i changed into it then put on some small velvety red heels which weren't that tall because heels are extremely hard to walk in

i went downstairs and my father and brother were in matching tuxes which was adorable

and my mother was in a lacey red dress that was puffy at the bottom and looked gorgeous

"you look amazing darling" my mom said to me smiling

"thanks mum you look amazing aswell" i said with a smile

"well then let's get going" my father said

"Dad do you think i could apparate over?" i asked

my mother and father exchanged glances

"well you have done it before so i don't see why not" my father said

"as long as that's ok with you?" he asked my mum

"well...i guess it wouldn't be that big of a problem" my mum said smiling

i smiled "yay" i said

ok i have to remember the three D's

i felt that weird squeezing feeling and then i was in the middle of the hall at malfoy manor

"oh merlin" i said and held my head

it makes you feel a little weird when you do it, the first time i did it i got sick

"emmy hi" draco said and walked over to me

"hello malfoy" i said smiling

"where's your mum and dad?" he asked

"they should be here in a moment" i said
