the next morning

i was sitting at breakfast in my usual spot when the owls swooped in

i looked over at olivia who wa sitting across from me and smirked

the box of chocolates i had addressed from draco to make it seem slightly more believable had just been sat down right in front of daphne

she looked over at me and smirked for a second before opening the box and began to devour all the chocolates

my smirk grew bigger, ha and harry was surprised i got into slytherin. well look at me now.

daphne blinked a few times as the potion was starting to kick in

draco walked over to the table, he had messy uncombed hair and looked like a total wreck

"hello love" he said to daphne

daphne just scoffed at him

he looked somewhat shocked

"i don't love you, i only ever loved snogging you. But the person i do love is right down there" daphne said pointing to the guy at the end of the table who had originally delivered the chocolates to me and then running over and sitting by him

he looked dumbfounded as i just smirked

"well draco, i guess your father will hear about this" i said smirking before biting into a strawberry

"what did you do?" pansy said sounding angry

pansy had grown rather close to daphne for unknown reasons. it was almost like she had totally stopped liking draco or rather obsessing over him

i mean she has a reason, he is gorgeous

oh god what the bloody hell am i saying

"oh what on earth could she have done" olivia said pretending to be innocent

draco didn't really seem fazed by this whole situation he just scooted closer to me.

pansy scoffed

"wow, draco i never realized how handsome you are" pansy said scooting as close to draco as she could

he squirmed a little in his seat

he was obviously uncomfortable

snape walked over to our table

"Ms holland and mr malfoy your parents are here again" snape said

me and draco got up and followed snape to his office

"so, emerson is it done?" lucious asked smirking

"yes, it was quite easy in all honestly" i said

"ah great" lucious said

"so we've decided that you two have to stay together for the next month to form a stronger friendship" celeste said

draco smiled, it was like a genuine smile though. something i never thought i would see out of draco
