Chapter 9: Hanging Out

*Readers Pov*
The next morning Cassidy woke up feeling pain on her arms and legs. She looked at the bandages and had a flashback of last night on how Katsu had witness what she was doing and had helped her. She even remembered what he said last night.

"I want you to think positive and not negative" Cassidy blushed and put her bandaged hand to her chest. I'll try to stay happy Katsu. Even if it's not going to be easy... She even remembers that Opal and Bailey had tempted her to self harm.

*Flashback*

*Cassidy's Pov*
I had another nightmare last night and I was crying a little. I went to the bathroom to clean my face until I could hear Opal and Bailey in my head.

"Look at that blade Cassidy~" Bailey said.

"Don't you want to punish yourself for killing those people~?" Opal asked. I stared at it sweating. I killed them didn't I?

"You know you like it when you punish yourself with pain" Bailey said.

"N-No! I-I didn't kill them!" I said.

"You did Cassidy, and you know you want to hurt yourself" Opal said. One of my eyes suddenly turned pink and I started tearing up. I ripped off the bandages on my arms and legs and grabbed the knife. I counted how many victims there was this time. I pressed it against my scarred wrist and I sliced myself feeling the pain and saw the blood flow out of my wrist. I cried even more as I did multiple times to my wrists and legs, including my hands and feet. I then stopped looking at the cuts on my wrist as I cried. There was blood all over my nightgown and on the floor and that's when Katsu entered. 
*End of Flashback*

*Readers Pov*
Cassidy sighed and got up and checked to see if Katsu was awake. When she went to the guest room she opened it only to burst her eardrums as Katsu snored loudly. She gave that 'are you serious face' and walked off. She started making breakfast. Bacon and Eggs with a side order of buttered toast. She cooked being careful of her bandaged hands. Once breakfast was ready she went upstairs to fetch Katsu, only to find him sleeping still. God! How can you sleep for so long?! Cassidy went downstairs and got an idea. She grabbed an ice cube and held it quickly but quietly running upstairs and went into Katsu's room. She went next to his bed where he was still snoring. She lifted up his pyjama shirt a little and put the ice cube down his shirt making Katsu shoot up.

"Ah ah ah! What the fuck! That's cold!" Katsu shouted falling off the bed. Cassidy laughed hysterically and she hated the way she sounded when she laughs. Aka me in real life XD. Katsu stood up and took the ice cube out staring at Cassidy.

"Did you do this?" Katsu said as calmly as possible.

"Maybe. But you should've seen the look on your face! It was priceless!" Cassidy laughed loudly losing breath. Katsu stared at Cassidy as she laughed. It was the biggest smile he has seen from Cassidy. Cassidy then straightened up.

"I only did it because your breakfast will go cold if you keep snoring you ass off" Cassidy said.

"I'm going to get revenge on you" Katsu said. Cassidy laughed.

"Sure you will" Cassidy said. Cassidy ran downstairs and Katsu followed after. He ate breakfast being in heaven again.

"You sure like food don't you?" Cassidy said eating her eggs. Katsu nodded not going to talk with his mouth full. Cassidy poured some juice for him and herself and she took a sip. Cassidy looked at Katsu realising that he was fuzzy as fuck.

"You look fuzzy Katsu" Cassidy said. Katsu chuckled.

"You forgot to put your glasses on" Katsu pointed out. Cassidy searched her face.

"Oh I have! Well uh that's embarrassing" Cassidy said blushing a little. She finished eating and then she went upstairs to change and made sure she put her glasses on as her vision was making her eyes hurt. Meanwhile Katsu was getting changed in the guest room and started packing as he will have to go back home later. Him and Cassidy went into town after to hang out. They went to the arcade and had a competition between eachother. Then they went to have lunch. After that they had two games of bowling. Once they got back to Cassidy's place Katsu checked the time.

"Damn. I wish I can stay but I gotta go back home" Katsu said.

"Okay" Cassidy said. Katsu went upstairs to get his stuff.

"I'll see you at school" Katsu said.

"Wait! What about the revenge you wanted when I put that ice cube down your shirt?" Cassidy asked. Katsu stopped and turned and gave Cassidy a evil looking smirk.

"Oh trust me I will. But it won't be when you'll expect it" Katsy said. Cassidy put her hands on her hips.

"That ain't fair!" Cassidy said.

"That's what happens sweetie" Katsu said. The use of the nickname made Cassidy blush.

"U-Um what's your sexuality?" Cassidy asked suddenly.

"I'm straight why?" Katsu asked.

"I'm just going to tell you that I'm Asexual" Cassidy said. Katsu suddenly got really close to Cassidy.

"Who knows Cass but I'm pretty sure that can easily change~" Katsu cooed. Cassidy pushed Katsu away blushing.

"Will you stop doing that?! Your embarrassing me!" Cassidy said. Katsu chuckled.

"Sorry. Couldn't resist" Katsu said.

"You're an ass" Cassidy said.

"Heh" Katsu said. He waved and so did Cassidy as Katsu started walking back home. Once he got back home he got a phone call from his mother and after that Katsu ordered pizza and ate it for dinner. After that despite his fun play day with Cassidy, he got tired and he jumped into some PJs and slid into his bed falling asleep instantly. As for Cassidy, Opal and Bailey were bothering her but she ignored them by drawing cartoons all night. Cassidy was used to not get any sleep as she would spend most of her time doing cartoons then sleeping. Even when she struggled to sleep, she had sleeping pills as well as her anti depressants for her severe depression. I'm glad Katsu is in my life. He's like an older brother to me... A brother that I've never had because I was a lone child and I put all of my emotions in my drawings and when I'm singing.
Sup! Here's another chapter for y'all! Katsu and Cassidy are quickly becoming very close to eachother as they treat eachother as siblings. But will that relationship between them stay the same? Anyways hope y'all enjoyed this chapter word count: 1136
