*Katsu's Pov*

I was 10 years old and I was living with my mum, dad and my sister Kiyomi who was 8 years old. She seemed like a normal little girl, giggling and running around but we then started seeing her coming him from school crying.

"What's the matter dear?" Mum asked.

"Those kids are being mean to me!" Kiyomi cried. I hugged her and rubbed her head.

"Who are these kids picking on you? I'll beat em up for you" I said. Mum glared at me and I just shrugged.

"I-It's my whole class that's bullying me! The teacher isn't doing anything about it" Kiyomi cried again. Mum huffed.

"I should sue the school!" Mum said.

"I don't know if they'll like that very much mum" I said.

"Do you think I care? My child is being picked on and there's nothing being done for it! I will not stand for this!" Mum said. My mum stormed off until her office and grabbed the phone. I kept hugging Kiyomi as she made a phone call.

"Yes is this the principle? Yes I'm calling to discuss what has happened to my daughter Kiyomi in class today. I see... If that's what you think then I'd like to see you acting tough with lawyers at your door! Good day!" Mum shouted slamming the phone down.

"Katsu. Take your sister upstairs and distract her while I work please" Mum said. I nodded and Kiyomi followed me upstairs. I played with her a little and she seemed to cheer up. She then hugged me again.

"I'm glad you're my brother Katsu" Kiyomi said.

"I'm always here for you no matter what" I said. She hugged me tighter and then she got up and ran off giggling once again. I smiled at that. However when my parents went to see the principle the next day, Kiyomi's issues in class got worse and hasn't stopped since my parents warning.

Everyday it would happen and everyday Kiyomi came home crying. But it feels like she's changing in a way. Sometimes I see her in her room talking to her toys creepily holding a piece of paper with a drawing on it. Mum and dad didn't notice this but I kept it to myself.

"Kiyomi?" I questioned opening her bedroom door.

"Katsu" Was all she said. I sat infront of her and she looked down.

"How are you feeling?" I asked.

"Good... I guess" Kiyomi said quietly. I frowned and patted her back.

"Hey. You know you can tell me anything right? It's okay I won't tell mum or dad" I said. She sighed.

"What would you do if... I told you that... I've been having... violent thoughts lately?" Kiyomi questioned. I blinked at her. Violent thoughts?! What does she mean?

"What do you mean?" I asked. She looked away.

"D-Don't worry about it..." Kiyomi said. I sighed.

"You hungry? You haven't been eating lately" I said.

"I'm not hungry" Kiyomi said.

"Come on at least try to eat something. How about I get mum to make you your favourite sandwich?" I said. She looked at me and by the looks of it, it looks like she hasn't been sleeping and she looks pale. Her eyes losing their shine to them. Even her hair was all messed up.

"Ok..." She replied. I smiled widely and ran downstairs.

"Mum! Can you make Kiyomi her favourite sandwich?" I asked.

"I'm busy dear. I'm pretty sure you can do it" Mum said. I looked at her confused. I sighed and ran into the kitchen and started making her sandwich. I even made a drink for her and I took it to her upstairs.

"Thank you..." Kiyomi said smiling a little.

"You're welcome!" I said grinning. I ran out of the room and saw Dad in Mum's office with her. They were saying something but I couldn't understand them. I moved closer to the door and listened through the door.

"She can't keep doing this" Dad said.

"Doing what dear?" Mum asked.

"You know what. Not eating, staying in her room, not sleeping. Greta this isn't healthy for her!" Dad said.

"Calm down Dylan. Just leave her be. I think she just wants to be alone" Mum said.

"Have you seen what she's been doing lately? She's been talking to her toys" Dylan said.

"Isn't that what normal children would do if they were playing with them?" Mum asked.

"I guess. But the way she's talking to her toys is... Unnatural and creepy" Dad said. I could hear mum sigh.

"I'll talk to her tomorrow" Mum said.

"Ok" Dad said. I slowly creeped away and decided to chill in my room for the rest of the day. Once it was bedtime I fell asleep. The next day Kiyomi was nowhere to be seen. We searched the whole house and I decided to see if she went to school early.

Once I got there I searched most of the classrooms but I noticed a lot of the students were staring at me, frightened. I looked at them confused until I stepped in a puddle. I looked down to see that it was blood. I gasped and I saw the blood coming from Kiyomi's classroom.

I went in there only to be horrified at what I saw. I saw the whole class and the teacher dead. The classroom smelt of death and the girl that was standing there, blood covering her clothes, slowly turned my direction. I was shocked on who it was. It was Kiyomi, holding what looks to be some sort of axe or blade with an insane look to her face.

"See Katsu~ This is what I meant! These kids wouldn't stop bullying me so I killed them~!" Kiyomi shouted laughing crazily. I blinked and breathed heavily.

"Kiyomi..." I whispered. I ran to her and hugged her making her stop laughing.

"This is wrong Kiyomi! There was a better way to solve this! But no matter what, you'll still be my sister" I said. I heard her sniff and hug me back as she started crying.

"I'm sorry! I'm so so sorry!" Kiyomi cried. The police arrived and so did our parents and they were horrified at the sight they saw. When we got to the police station they gave my father two choices. Kiyomi will go to jail for murder or go to a mental institution. My father chose the mental institution. Kiyomi screamed out for me as she got taken away as I screamed for her.

After that my dad started talking mean things about Kiyomi. I couldn't take it anymore and I slammed my door shut. I cried into my pillows and started hating my father for his decision and for his words.

*Flashback End*

"I've only visited Kiyomi a few times due to my father refusing me to go" I finished. Cassidy was in tears. She's such a good friend. No wonder I love her so much.

"I-I'm so sorry that happened Katsu" Cassidy croaked.

"It's not your fault" I said. I stood up.

"Will you be coming to school tomorrow?" I asked. Cassidy nodded.

"The kiss. Don't mention it to anybody" Cassidy said.

"Don't worry I won't" I said. I climbed back out of Cassidy's window and went back home.
