Chapter 15: The Mysterious Person

*Cassidy's Pov*
It was the next day and we were all doing our work until there was a knock at the door. The teacher stood up and answered it, revealing a student wearing a blue dressy shirt, a white scarf, jeans and black shoes. He had grey hair, red eyes and he had a serious expression on his face.

"Can I help you?" The teacher said.

"Um I was told this is my class. I'm new here" He said.

"Oh yes! Come in! Come in!" The teacher said letting the boy in.

"Students this is our new student! Please introduce yourself" The teacher said. The boy cleared his throat.

"I'm Alex and I don't really know my talent..." The new kid called Alex said.

"So guys. Alex is a transfer student who will be joining us" The teacher said.

"Dang he doesn't seem like a bad dude" Katsu whispered. Great another person to bully me.

"I don't trust him... He seems like the type go after people like me..." I whispered.

"Ok. There seems to be a spare seat behind Cassidy and Katsu. So why don't you go sit over there?" The teacher asked. He looked at us and walked towards us and then sat in the empty seat directly behind me and I swear I felt his eyes on me through the whole lesson.

*Readers Pov*
Once it was lunchtime Cassidy and Katsu sat at the table they usually sit at and eat. Muru joined them but was sitting close to Katsu while staring at Cassidy. Cassidy gave her a confused look until Vanessa who was one of the girls bullying Cassidy sat next to Katsu.

"Hey Katsu~ Do you think we can have some alone time later~?" Vanessa asked. Muru death stared Vanessa and Cassidy nearly choked on her sandwich.

"What?" Katsu said.

"I like you very much Katsu~ I was wondering if you'd like to canoodle with me~? If you know what I mean" Vanessa asked. Cassidy spat out her sandwich in disgust of her words and Katsu was horrified. Muru got pissed and got up and grabbed Vanessa by her collar.

"Listen bitch! You think you have the right to come up to my boyfriend and ask for sex from him?! Ha! Who would want to fuck you anyways!" Muru shouted throwing her to the ground.

"If you come near my boyfriend again, I'll beat the shit out of you-" Muru was cut off when she saw Cassidy uppercut Vanessa.

"How dare you ask Katsu for something like that! You're only trying to bully him because he's friends with me! Go torment someone else you little wench!" Cassidy yelled. Muru was shocked at her outburst as was Katsu. Vanessa got up with blood coming from her jaw and glared at Cassidy.

"You'll regret that Cassidy!" Vanessa shouted.

"Choke on it whore!" Cassidy shouted back. Cassidy sat back down as Vanessa walked off. Muru slowly sat back down and looked at Cassidy confused. Wow she really does care for Katsu... I've been thinking such bad things about her but now I know that she's suffering through bullying right now and that she doesn't want Katsu to be used or go through the same thing...

"You ok Cassidy? You seemed really pissed" Katsu asked.

"I don't want you to go through what I'm going through. You've got a beautiful girlfriend who might not like me but it doesn't matter. You've got a bright future ahead and I don't want that to be ruined for you" Cassidy said. Those words made Muru's heart warm. She called me beautiful... For once I'm not considered a slut...

"It's ok Cassidy I'll be fine don't worry. I'm just glad you finally hit the bitch" Katsu said. Muru giggled a little at that.

"Yeah" Cassidy said seeming very proud of herself.

*Time Skip*
After school Katsu was walking Cassidy home until a mysterious person threw Cassidy over their shoulder and ran. Cassidy screamed and Katsu followed them. The mysterious person led them to the woods and he had left Cassidy against a tree. Katsu freed her and faced the unknown person.

"What's your game asshole?! You think kidnapping people is a fun thing?!" Katsu yelled. The person took off their hoodie to reveal that it's actually Alex, the new student in their class.

"Alex?!" Cassidy said.

"Why would you do this?" Katsu asked.

"I needed Cassidy for something" Alex said.

"What do you mean?" Katsu said. Alex sighed.

"If you don't know, Cassidy is in danger. In danger of being killed by particular people" Alex said.

"How would you know?" Cassidy asked.

"I just know" Alex said. What was weird was that Alex sounded like a girl now.

"Your voice changed!" Cassidy said.

"Who are you?" Katsu asked. Alex sighed.

"It's not Alex and I'm not a guy. This is just a disguise. My name is actually Amber and I'm a devil demon" Alex said. They both blinked.

"The reason why I took Cassidy is because I'm trying to stop Opal and Bailey from killing Cassidy" Amber said.

"They want to kill me? Why?" Cassidy asked.

"Your necklace has been cursed every since you got it Cassidy. Your parents made a deal with Opal and Bailey. Saying that if they spared their lives they could have the soul of their next child. Sadly that child was you Cassidy" Amber said. Cassidy was horrified at this.

"Once they made the deal and you were born. They made the necklace and Opal cursed it. Making her and Bailey be trapped inside it so the person could see them and they have the ability to take over whenever they want" Amber said.

Cassidy teared up and slid down the tree not believing in what she was hearing.

"It can't be true. They betrayed me from the start?" Cassidy asked hoping that it wasn't true.

"Yes. It is. I'm sorry Cassidy" Amber said. Cassidy started crying.

"How do you know all of this?" Katsu asked. Amber sighed again.

"Because I'm Opal's little sister" Amber said. They both looked at her with horror.

"WAIT WHAT?!" Katsu and Cassidy shouted in sync.

"Yes. You may not believe it but she's my older sister and I'm trying to stop her from killing Cassidy and bringing her back home" Amber said.

"Ok well what can we do to stop them?" Katsu asked.

"You'll need to break Cassidy's necklace at the right time. There will be a time where Opal and Bailey will come out of the necklace and possibly kidnap Cassidy so they can kill her. At that time you need to break the necklace so that they are trapped in there and they won't be able to control Cassidy anymore because the Ruby will be broken" Amber explained.

"Jeez ok" Cassidy said.

"Are you sure it'll work?" Katsu said.

"I'm positive and don't worry you'll soon see what I actually look like soon" Amber said. Amber then started walking off.

"Wait! Are you still going to be in our class?" Cassidy asked.

"Possibly just to monitor Opal and Bailey but it'll be from a distance. I don't want Opal to sense me nearby" Amber said.

"That's fair enough" Katsu said.

"We'll see you later, and good luck" Amber said walking off. What a confusing day. First some bitch tries to ask me for sex and then we meet Amber, Opal's little sister. At least we know how to stop them now. Katsu thought in his head. I'll be able to save Cassidy from her fate.
