the next few months at school were fine. she made more friends, which was a new experience. she always kept her friend group small, but ever since she moved, she was making new friends all the time.

she joined a few clubs and joined a dance class. she loved dancing. her old school didn't have any dance teams or classes. she was always dancing.

it took her mind off of sana. their relationship had changed. they didn't talk every night anymore, and when they did it was almost awkward.

the end of school was coming, and momo had made plans with sana to meet up for the summer, but momo realized she didn't want to. she wanted to stay here and be with her friends, she wanted to meet more people, she wanted to dance.

she called sana one night and told her that. sana didn't take it well. she started crying, almost started yelling.

"momo, it's been so long. why don't you want to see me?" sana asked, her voice breaking.

"i do! why can't you just come up here?" momo asked, sighing.

"my parents won't drive me. nayeon and jeongyeon still can't drive." sana replied. momo sat and listened to her cry. it hurt her. of course it did. sana was still her best friend. but she had a new life here that she loved. she felt guilty for hurting her feelings, but she had to tell sana.

after that phone call, sana never called her back. and momo didn't call her again. she missed sana, but she was tired of the awkwardness that came with talking to sana.

summer passed, and it was a blast. she spent it with mina, jihyo, chaeyoung, dahyun, and tzuyu. and she started getting feelings for someone. sophomore year was going well. in fact, it was great.

momo was waiting by her locker for the rest of her friends. they were planning to walk around town together to talk and de-stress themselves.

momo could hear their voices coming down the hallway, and she started walking towards them. "momo!" mina sang, wrapping her arm around her neck.

momo and mina had gotten closer over the summer, and momo was starting to develop feelings for her. she was so cute. she giggled at everything and her shyness was just a plus for momo. they all joined arms and walked out of school together.
