sana quickly scribbled down a note to her mother when she woke up. she apologized for leaving so suddenly and left her a small gift.
she picked up her bags and slipped outside, rocking back and forth on her heels as she waited for nayeon to pull into her driveway.
it was december 27th. they were going on a getaway until january 2nd. they went back to school january 4th. the whole thing stressed sana out. she didnt know where she was going. she didnt know how this trip would go. it was also 3 am and she was tired.
when nayeon pulled in, sana quickly jogged out and lugged her bags into the trunk and got into the backseat. "how long will it take to get there?"
jeongyeon looked at her phone. "eight hours, not including stops." she said with a sigh.
sana groaned and set her head against the window. "wake me up when we get there." she muttered.
