Time Skip: About five to ten minutes after Tyler left...
(A/N: Play the video now)

Josh's POV:

I take a deep breath and stretch out, trying to keep myself from hitting Tyler. I roll over to face my beautiful boy only to see that he's gone. I groaned a small "Tyler?" pondering where he could've went to.

Maybe he went to the bathroom?
I put on a jacket and checked.

Nope.

Maybe he was hungry and grabbed a snack?

I reached the kitchen to find nothing.

Maybe he couldn't sleep, so he tried to watch some TV in the living room?

I stood in the middle of my living room, hands on my hips, trying to figure out where he went. As my eyes scanned the room, I catch a glimpse of lined paper on the coffee table.

I sat on the couch and turned on a nearby lamp, inspecting the suspicious note.
I opened it up to find it directed to me.

"To: Josh
From: Ty

Dear Josh. I'm really really sorry that you had to wake up without me next to you. I hope that side of the bed isn't too cold. I hope that doesn't bother you, because it might stay that way for a while."

I stopped reading there and just shut down.
I stared off into space for a moment, eyes wide, flashbacks of our happiest days, remembering how happy my baby boy has been. I can't lose that. Not now. Not ever.

My breathing got heavy. My feet went numb. My heart was beating out of my chest.

I grabbed the note, stuffed it in my pocket, then bolted my ass upstairs frantically calling his name.

"Tyler?? TYLER?? WHERE ARE YOU?"

I scanned every inch of this house, and when I reached my room, I noticed something was off. His bag, hoodie, and shoes were missing.

"Fuck....no....NO!"
Nearly falling down the stairs, I noticed my unlocked front door, grabbed my phone, and ran out looking for Tyler.

The tears can't stop pouring out of my eyes.

"This can't be happening. This can't be happening. This can't be happening."
I kept thinking over and over again, dialing 911.

"Yes, hello? I think my boyfriend is going to kill himself."

I remembered the warmth of his hand on mine. The sound of his voice colliding with music. I remember the feeling of his chest on mine, rising and falling into a peaceful sleep. I remember him. I remember him. I remember him. I remember his love and passion for me. I remember his funny jokes and cute laugh. I remember his hypnotic eyes and magnetic kiss. I remember me not giving him enough attention, not giving him enough of my time. I want to give him more. But I can't do that if he's dead.

As my conversation went on with the person on the other end of the line, I reached the corner of a familiar street where a shadowy figure sat on the bridge railing. I didn't think for a split second that it may not have been him. I knew that was my Tyler. I didn't want to startle him, so I ran up, and stopped when I was a few feet away from him. He was visibly swaying.

"Tyler...Tyler please...."
I begged.

No response.

"Ty....I love you. Please don't do this, I don't know what I'll do without you."

He was visibly shaking, either from being cold or from fear. Was he afraid to die?
He turned his head towards me, with no facial expression, and looked at the ground in front of me.

"I...I have to do this."
His voice was raspy and monotone.

"Tyler, you don't have to baby. I'm here, I'll always be here for y-"
I stepped forward, hand reaching out.

"Don't get any closer, or I'll definitely jump."
He snapped, a cold, almost unfamiliar voice came from him. He sighs.

"Did....did you even read the whole note?"

"No..."
I say, looking down.

He turns his head back towards the river and looks down at his feet.
Seconds felt like hours. I saw him blink a few times, tears dropping into his jeans. He takes one more look at me in the eye.

"After this, I hope you'll read it. Then this will make more sense. I love you Joshua. Don't ever forget that."
A whimper cried out. His voiced cracked with pain.

"I'm sorry....but goodbye."

He leaped, taking one big breath in, falling, almost in slow motion.

"TYLER, NO!!!"
I ran to the railing, reaching for what's already gone. I stared at the red water as I heard sirens approaching me from behind. I tried to climb onto the railing until the policemen pulled me down onto the concrete, where I cried and cried, unable to breathe.

I blacked out, wishing that I'd wake up from this horrible nightmare.
