Time skip: it's been about two months and Tyler and Josh now live together. Tyler has a job at a music record store and Josh is a personal trainer.

I go inside my apartment and plop onto my couch, exhausted. I laid down, taking a nap while waiting for Josh to come home. An hour later, he comes in.

"Hey Ty! I'm home!" Josh loudly shut the door and sat down at the dinning table, clearly exhausted.

"Hey babe, how was work?" I asked.
"Work was good, nothing new. How about you?"

I hesitated.

"Well...there's going to be major construction and so everyone is on break for the next three weeks. So I'll be staying home for a while." I snuggled more into the couch and yawned.

"Well that's good, at least you can catch up on sleep." Josh said. He walked over, gave me a peck on the forehead, and draped a blanket over me as the TV played on. I heard him make pasta, it smelled so good, but I was too drowsy to get up, so he said something about leftovers, but I was too tired to understand. I fell asleep, and woke up the next day at about 10:00.

I sat up, and with my blanket still around me, went over to the kitchen table.

"I turned your alarm off for you and made some waffles. Love you babe, call me if you need anything!

xoxo, Josh."

What an amazing man. I don't know how I ended up with such a gem. I heated up the waffles and scarfed them down. I was hungry since I skipped dinner last night. I got some general household chores done, even some extra cleaning and organizing done.

I sat down, satisfied with my work. I checked the clock.

I still had plenty of time until Josh came home, so I went for a walk in the park.

The chilled breeze brushed against my face. It was quite refreshing. The air was crisp and clear, unlike the stuffy apartment air. I could feel the crunch and crackle of sticks and leaves underneath my feet as I walked around. I was met by someone who was walking their dog. They let me pet it. It was so cute, it gave me so many doggy kisses!

I continued throughout the park and sat on a bench, just observing my surroundings and taking it all in. I finally decided hat I was too cold and went back to the apartment.
I arrived there and checked the time.

Josh should be home in about an hour.

I think it'll be hard keeping my mind preoccupied the entire time I'm off work. Let's just hope that my mind doesn't wander back to the dark.
