Katniss POV

I grab my handbag and put on my sunglasses. Security surround Finnick and I. We begin walkin through the dozens of people and paparazzi trying to take our picture in the airport. I do stop at some point to take pictures with some people, to sign some autographs but only for a little.

Finally we make it to our car.

"So what are you planning on doing after the soundtrack is done?" Finnick asked once the car began moving.

"I think I'm probably going to go visit my family for a couple months, probably write and album" I tell him my not so sure plans.

"I thought you were starting in another movie?" Finnick asked.

"No not yet, after I release the album maybe" I tell him truthfully.

"You are not planning on touring?" Finnick asked.

"I am not sure I would have to talk to the label" I reply.

"Oh. Well you should enjoy your vacation for a couple months" Finnick wrapped an arm around me.

"Yeah I will, you should too" I told him.

"Oh I will honey" we both laughed.

"I heared Peeta's contract is almost over" Finnick smiled at me.

"I know and I am so excited, after so long we finally get to be out together in public" I smile.

"Only 2 more months" he squeeze my shoulders.

"2 months" I smiled.

"Goodbye Finn, I'll text you" I gave Finnick a hug once we were at my house.

"By hon, see you later. Come over for dinner if you are not to busy" Finnick winked at me.

"Shut up" I closed the car door and I heared him laughing before entering my home.

I set all my stuff down and sat on my couch to text Peeta to tell him I'm in LA already.

After I set my phone down I headed to the kitchen then I remembered my fridge is empty cause I haven't been here in months.

I opened it anyways and I was shocked to find it fuilled with all my favorite foods. There was a note on the fridge.

yay youre back! enjoy a little snack

I laughed and grabbed an ice cream cone. I went back to the couch and just sat there eating my ice cream.

I set my phone down and I went to Peeta's favorite place in my house: my library.

If he is somewhere in my house its here.

I opened the door to find tons and tons of flowers and balloons.

"WELCOME BACK LIGHT OF MY LIFE" Peeta appeared and spirnkles confetti.

I immedietly dropped everything and ran to him, I wrapped my legs around his waist and wrapped my hands on his neck. He hugged me for like 5 minutes.

"I missed you so much my love" Peeta whispered in my ear.

"I missed you" I replied. Of course after that we shared a beautiful kiss.

"I love you" Peeta smiled through our kiss.

"I love you" I replied before deepening our kiss.

Peeta did pull away.

"Let's go to your room so you can tell me about France" Peeta began carring me to our room.

"Alright" I told him we went to my room and just talked about what had happened while we weren't together.

"I'm glad you had so much fun" Peeta kissed my hand.

"It was so much fun" I smiled.

"You want to know what else is fun?" Peeta winked at me.

"Show me" I said and Peeta began kissing my neck.

Yeah we went there.

After we were done Peeta had his arms wrapped around me and we were wrapped in my sheets just enjoying eachothers company.

"I have to go to Chicago for 3 weeks, then too New York the week after that. I leave tomorrow" Peeta suddenly told me.

"But I just got here" I stated lifting up my head.

"I tried to make it so I would leave next week but they told me it wasn't going to work woth Delly's" Peeta stoked my naked back. "I'm sorry"

"I just got here and I don't need that negativity in my life, I hope you have a safe trip and I'll be here waiting, like I always do" I told Peeta, he sighed and kissed my forehead.

"I love you" he said, I nodded and drifted to sleep.
