You wake up still in Loki's arms. Loki turns his head to look at you.
His soft puppy dog eyes sparkle in the natural lighting of his bedroom.
"Your up." Loki's low voice vibrates through you.
"So are you."
Loki gives off a faint grin. You extend your arm and hold on to him a little tighter.
For once in your life you are not alone.
You burry your head in his chest. You feel Loki giggle ever so slightly.
"I'm sorry about last night." Loki says still In a hushed tone letting out a slight sigh.
"What do you mean?" You ask after a second, your head still buried into him.
You could hear his heart beat. The slow rhythm was soothing.
Loki doesn't say anything.
"If you are referring to your sleep terror 'thing' ... it's okay. I understand."
You pause.
"Do you wish to talk about it?"
Loki waits a second before answering.
"I don't know how to."
