In season 4 their relationship/friendship was properly back to themselves from season 1 spending everyday togethet jody being supportive of Tyler and his abilitys to show everyone he can take being rep seriously jody trusts him more than anyone in the house so after four years of living in the house with her best friend the two being so close they believed it was those two against the world...
So in season 4 episode 16 getting to know you
You can imagine you'd react just as jody did when Tyler bursts through the doors with excitement and tells everyone he's going home....
While all the lads are upset at the fact Tyler is leaving its jody who you end up feeling noo don't leave jody
Jody's the first the believe he's joking and is crushed to hear its true she's the first to walk away from Tyler and everyone follows her.
Later while the pair talk about Tyler and him moving back to live with his mum jody agrees
As long as he comes back and sees her loads
.... I think this episode made jody think that Tylers not going to be around forever which gets her thinking that Kingsley might be her only option which is why she tries to push him away the most in two for joy
