Melany is six months pregnant now so we decided to have a baby shower. Even though it wouldn't be for her, it would be mine. which in a sense it's so strange because I'm not the pregnant one.
"Honey, when is this baby shower going to be"? Hunter asked me. "Tomorrow." I answered back. We were in the guest bedroom making it into a baby room. We had to clean out a lot of Melany's things, so we moved them to the attic. We decided to decorate the nursery in a jungle theme. the walls were painted sky blue already so we got green and painted grass around the bottom and middle.
"Do you know what would be cute?" Mother said when she entered the room. "Paint a monkey hanging from a tree branch on the wall." I smiled because I was already thinking of that. "I think that's exactly what we will do." I said. Mom walked out of the room. Hunter pulled me close to him. "I'm excited for our baby to get here in three months or less." I rested my head on his shoulder, "so I've been thinking." I said, "we need to go to the health department and take a parenting class together." Hunter smiled at me and said "when do we start?"
After the baby shower we had absolutely everything our baby needed.
Hunter and I attended our first parenting class together. This class lasted for 2 weeks. Day one was basic orientation. The teacher, Mrs. Baker asked why we were there. So Hunter and I explained our situation. Mrs. Baker addressed everyone as young parents. Mostly everyone was in their' twenties. Hunter and I were only eighteen. everyone was assigned robotic babies that are just like real ones. they acctually cry and you have to feed them and change the diaper and burp them like real babies. every parent was assigned a wrist band for their baby. So Hunter and I took our robot baby boy home. We had to keep him for one night and we made a 100 on our baby. As the days go by I love Hunter more and more and grow more and more excited for our little baby boy.
