The blonde let her fingers run over the keys projected on the table top. Just like everything else in the room they were in the keyboard was high tech. There was no clumsy hunk on plastic with keys that made a shit load of noise when you typed. Instead there was just the advanced keyboard that was outlined on the surface of the table. This lowered the amount of noise to an all-time low.
“Alexis, hurry up we could get caught,” said a voice behind her.
Almost growling, Alexis did not look back to see which one of the girls had spoken. All that mattered was getting this done. “Alright, I know. Just calm down I almost have it.” As soon as she said that images popped up on the screen before her.
Reflecting in her eyes were four still images. Each image was different, yet had something in common. The boys in each photo were a member of a band known as 5 Seconds of Summer. They had taken over the world almost. Their fans were dedicated and loved them to pieces, even if they had never met the boys themselves. Getting the chance to meet them was a dream for the fans. Of course that dream was no longer going to be possible soon.
Scanning the screen, Alexis found what she was looking for. There, in the tiniest font was the words ‘delete’. It was like someone had purposefully put the delete button way down in the corner so no one would see find it. Well, they were out of luck because she had found it.
Rolling the curser over the button she clicked once. Right away a box popped up asking if she wanted to Delete these people for good. The answer to that was a big fat yes. There was nothing else on the entire planet that she wanted more than for them to be gone. Have them wiped off of the face of the Earth. No longer a part of the Skyscrapers’ hard drive. With that they could never come back and no one could do anything about it.
Taking a deep breath she let her pointer finger hover over the enter key. She was about to see the four guys vanish before her eyes. This was almost like a dream of some sort; a goal that she had been trying to reach. Without any more hesitation she pressed the button. At least she would have, if not right before her entire world blacked out.
