An Alternate Universe where Momota Kaito is a teenager on his deathbed and Harukawa is the Reaper that's been sent to take his soul. Some bartering later, Harukawa gives him one week's time to say his final farewells to his friends and family and monitors him for the whole period. Momota accidentally makes Harukawa fall for him during that short week. In the end, Harukawa has to reap his soul due to her job, but instead of sending him to the afterlife she keeps him with her forever by her side in a glass bottle she carries around with her.
