(A/N: This was made with a certain European country's personification in mind, but thats not very important. )

Quirk: Reorder

Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Range: Long Range

Description:
This quirk allows its user to "select" a range of items within the user's field of vision, then "rearrange", or "order" those items using specific criteria.

Examples:
Selecting all the paperwork in a pile, then sorting them in order of thickness (ascending), would result in a pile of paperwork, with the thickest documents on the bottom of the pile.
If the paperwork is not piled up prior to quirk usage, the paperwork will not be piled up automatically, as per the previous example. The paperwork will be spread out on the table, in the same formation as it was prior to quirk usage, but each space will be occupied by a different piece of paperwork, unless they were already in order. The order os decided by the quirk user.

Limitations:
The quirk has no limitations as to the number, weight or size of the objects involved, although an overwhelmingly large size/number of objects can cause a delay on the reordering and minor fatigue to the user. All objects involved must be in the user's field of vision (i.e.: the user must see or be able to visually distinguish the targets). (e.g.: Air cannot be sorted into its components, as handy and devastatingly overpowered that may be. It can, however, be sorted against something else, like separating air and smoke, as those can be visually distinguished from each other.) (With the right lighting, dust that catches light and becomes visible can be sorted, as it can be seen, even if there is little to no practical purpose for that.)
The more common and comprehensible the criterion/criteria used to rearrange the objects, the smaller the toll on the user. (e.g.: It takes less effort to sort by "alphabetical order" than by "degree of radioactivity emitted by object" or "degree of intelligence". If the criteria chosen are subjective, then the ordering will be affected by the user's personal bias.)

Quirk Use:
Rearranging and quickly filtering through items, hence quickly finding something needed or sorting items for storage, especially in a very chaotic/disorganized environment (e.g.: storage cleaning, waste sorting), with the added bonus of filtering out dust, waste, etc. if needed. (A/N: as a student librarian, I would love to be able to do this.)
Clearing smoke/sand/etc. from an area quickly as long as there is somewhere to put them (i.e.: re-ordering smoke or sand and air, hence depositing them elsewhere).
Crushing waste by putting unwanted objects in a stack, then re-ordering them by weight (descending).
Transportation by swapping objects/people/the user with something far away. (Even better if done at a high vantage point, since the field of vision and hence the range of transport will be larger.)
Changing mechanical parts without having to take the thing apart too much.

Quirk Abuse: (skip if squeamish)

Killing someone by reordering their organs, hence displacing them and rendering them dysfunctional, or by replacing their organs with other things.

(Ok it's safe to read now)

Stealing things from others by re-ordering them (and hence swapping their positions with either air or something of no importance). (Well actually moving anyone/their possessions without prior permission would be abuse but eh).

(EDIT 17/2: Okay so I did some thinking (it hurt) but I just realized that these two quirks were practically Excel a nutshell. I'm not sure whether to be proud of myself for thinking about that, or to be disappointed I never thought of these quirks sooner.)
