Kris was walking in the corridor heading to the student council room to see Amber after school as usual. A beautiful voice was slowly dancing into his ears, it came from the room where Amber was at. He stood in front of the door and stayed for more.

Here we know now
Till the break of dawn

" Singing about me? " asked Kris coming in all of a sudden that scared the crap out of Amber.
" Holy- Kris! How many times I've told you not to open the door like that! And arghh. "
" You have a beautiful voice though. "
Amber looked down trying to concentrate on her work.
" I had goosebumps listening to you. " said Kris.
She kept typing in her laptop, ignoring him.
" I said you have a great voice! Why don't you say thank you. " shouted Kris.
Amber shut down her laptop, " Thank you. Now you're happy? " she rolled her eyes at him.

" Hey Amber! "
" Oh,Hi Key, hi Henry. " said Amber. " Key, can you grab that file for me? "
" Here. " handing her a file.
Key, Henry and Kris sat in front of Amber.
" Why are you here? " asked Henry.
" Why are you here? " asked Kris.
" Why are you guys here? " asked Key.
They all rolled their eyes (i know i write about eyes a lot tho) .
Kris placed his chin on his palm, staring at Amber. Ok actually Henry and Key too.

After an hour, Kris fell asleep on the table, Henry was still staring and Key helping Amber around.
" Hey Amber. " said Henry. Kris lifted his head from his sleep. Amber looked at Henry and nodded.
" I'm gonna leave but I wanna invite you to my house to hang out this weekend. " said Henry.
" Sure! " said Amber excitedly.
" I wanna go too. " said Kris.
" Me too! " said Key.
" But we're doing the project... Ok. " said Henry, disappointed.
" Oh my god. I'm so excited, it's gonna be fun! Henry, you have a pool right? "
" Yea! You wanna swim? " said Henry delighted all of a sudden.
" Yes! I haven't swam in years already, I miss the pool. How about me texting you later? " asked Amber.
Henry waved at Amber at the door and left.

" Miss prez. " said Kris. Amber looked at him. " I'm leaving. " Amber waved her hand at him, trying not to make any eye contact at him.
Kris walked to her and held her hand, fingers intertwined.
" What the- Ew! " shouted Amber.
" What are you- " shouted Key pointing at their hands.
" Bye. " he letted go of her hand and left the room.
Fyi, Amber did not blush, she was cursing at him internally.

" What are we gonna do then... without the singer, we can't bring out the performance. "
Kris walking pass a music room and heard a conversation. He stood outside trying to listen.
" That song isn't easy at all. We probably can't find any substitute and all the good singers are in the team already. "
" I know... Argh... We're gonna be dead. "
Kris walked into the room.
" I can find you a substitute. I know someone who sings well. " said Kris.
" Oh my! Kris? Really? "
" Yea. I'm sure she can help you out. " he continued.
" Great! I'll send you the details and song lyrics tonight. Oh my god. Thank you Kris, you just saved us all! "
" I didn't, she did. " Kris smiled.

At the cafe closing hours
Amber, Jackson and Kris are lying on the lockers waiting for changing rooms.
" Hey, wanna get something later? " said Jackson.
" Nah, I have to study for the quizzes. " said Amber.
" Aren't the quizzes in next week? " asked Kris.
" Still gotta prepare for it, not like you genius. " she rolled her eyes at the smartest kid at school who's always no.1.
" Wait. Do you two go to the same school? " asked Jackson.
" Oh there's a room, I'm gonna go change. " said Amber walking away.

2 days later? the heck that's close.
" Remi. "
Before she could go into the room, he pulled her out by her wrist.
" Jackson, you go change. "
" O-ok then. " said Jackson.

" I was gonna change... it was my turn. Oh my god Kris... "
" So you joined a singing contest and it's two days later. I'll send you the details. " said Kris.
" What? I didn't say I was going. "
" The choir team needs help, as a president, are you not gonna help? "
She lowered her head.
" I-I can't sing. "
" Stop lying. I heard you singing today. " said Kris.
" And it wasn't good. My voice is so airy, I won't join the contest. "
" Seriously? Your voice is the best voice I've ever heard in my entire life and now your stepping on yourself? The moment when I heard you singing from outside, that voice belongs to an angel and I've never found a voice that could match with the word angelic until that moment. "
" You liked my voice? " said Amber, looking into his eyes.
" I don't like it... I love it. " smiled Kris.
" Thanks. " said Amber and she leaned forward to hug him. He ignored his hot cheeks and held her gently with a smile.

" What are you guys doing... " asked Jackson pointing at them, looking at them suspiciously.
They both broke the hug and quickly said
" Nothing... nothing really. "
Jackson smirked and told Amber to get changed.
" You ga- " Jackson was gonna ask something.
" Bye. " said Kris and he went outside of the cafe.

Amber took out her phone in the changing room,

Amber: 'yea'

Amber rolled her eyes and typed: ' perverted weirdo. '
She packed her bag and went out of the cafe, she saw Jackson and Kris talking outside the door.
" So you two are not going to get snacks, I'm going myself. You two... have fun. " winked Jackson. And he walked away, leaving the two alone.
" Bye. " said Amber and she started to leave Kris.
" Hey. You're leaving me here? " said Kris.
" Y-yea. I'm not your babysitter, what do you expect. "
" Miss president is being irresponsible... "
" You- I'm not gonna walk you home, you know. "
" Then at least let me walk you home, how about that miss prez. "
She rolled her eyes (thats a lot of rolling huh) and started to walk in the dark.
Hearing the footsteps close to her, knowing that he is always around her made her smiled at herself.

The last part totally sucks... help...
