Finding and Hiding

Part 25 -finding and hiding-
You run round a corner after a griever finding you. This is the fastest you've ever run before . You get to section 7 again, where you'd been before. You remember the whole section, with the turning walls. You turn around and see that the griever is gone. "Y/n!" Thomas calls and runs over to you and gives you a huge hug. "You're okay!" Minho runs over and hugs you too. "Don't bloody leave me alone like that oh my god!!" You are annoyed at them. Thomas holds your hand as he thinks that will keep you close together. But you just yank your hand away from his. "The only hand I'm holding is Newts" you mutter to yourself. "Huh?" Thomas asks not know what you said. "What? Nothing" you reply as if you didn't say a word. "Thomas, y/n, follow me I know a hiding spot back near where Alby is" Minho starts running. "Get on!" Thomas tells you as he's offering to let you go on his back. You jump on, only cos you know you can't run that fast. You all get to the part where you were hiding under the wall at the start. "Thomas! you and y/n under there!" He tells you both. "I was there earlier!" You widen your eyes. "And did you get caught? No!" Minho shouts as you both crawl under to hide. "Where are you going?" Thomas asks Minho worried. "Round the corner" he points. "I'll be fine" he reasures both of you looking worried. You watch him walk round the corner and once he's gone you lean against the side wall, opposite Thomas. You keep looking down, just twiddling your thumbs. But then you notice out the corner of your eye Thomas staring at you. "What?" You get anxious. "You okay?" He asks calmly and sighs. He's just worried about you. "I'm fine, absolutely fine okay!" You tell him strongly. You look back out through the vines and then think about newt. Thomas can see you're upset. "Y/n, I'm here okay?" He comforts you. You quickly lean in and go over to Thomas. "I'm scared, what if we don't make it out" you cry out. "Shh, we will, I'll keep you safe" he tells you whilst huging you . "You're my number one priority, newts my best friend, and so are you, and you care about him so I'm gonna make sure you see him again!" He starts crying too. He looks out and wonders how everyone is coping.
