Part 42 -leaving-
"Fine" you say feeling a tear come to your eye. "Just be careful" Gally calls back to you for the last time. You smile and turn, newt takes your hand. "Okay, let's go!" Thomas shouts. With Thomas, you, newt and Minho at the front everyone follows. You go round the first corner where Thomas killed the griever, and then to where you were hiding from one in the night. But when you go past you notice something on the ground, so you stop. You let everyone else keep going as you walk back. It looked like a weapon that Alby had. You bend down and pick it up. "Y/n? Come on" newt walks back round the corner worried. You get up and turn with tears in your eyes. "It was Albys" you walk to him and take his hand again. You keep running to catch up with everyone. There's the turning walls, you look around as you run through, feeling anxious you grasp newts hand tighter. He looks at you, "it will be fine" he conforts you.  After that you get to a point that you recognise. Thomas gets everyone to stop. You've reached where the door is, just one corner away is where you'll be potentially getting out. He looks round and sees 2 Grievers. "Okay, guys, we stick together, we get out of here" he tells everyone with confidence. Quickly everyone runs round screaming, the first griver coming at you, newt throws you a knife and you swipe at it making it fall down the side. Another comes at newt and pushes him over so he's on the ground. You run over and shove it out the way almost falling down with it. "Shit" newt runs over and grabs your hand in time. Teresa and chuck have got to the door, it's actually a door. But numbers come up on the screen. "Minho! There's numbers what do we do?" She shouts. Minho gets confused. "The order, what order does each section open?!" Thomas shouts. As minho shouts a load of numbers, Teresa types it in, and the more she does the greivers retreat. She finishes with the number 3 and everyone runs over to see what happens. Within a matter of seconds a green light appears and a round door opens into a long hallway. Thomas goes in first and gets everyone in. You, still holding newts hand, look around. "What is this place?"
