The Worry

Part 26 -the worry-
*In the glade* "Yea but Teresa what if she's not okay!!" Newt shouts in Teresa's face. "It's her fault that she's there! Y/n didn't have to grab Thomas" she shouts back. Newt hufs. "Well if she doesn't come out, I'm going in" newt frowns. "Fine whatever" Teresa gets annoyed. "Hey! No one is going in there!" Gally raises his eyebrows. They both turn and see a crowd of people come over. "Newt y/n is gonna be fine I promise" Chuck tells him. "And Teresa, Thomas will be fine too" Chuck says to Teresa. "And minho too" Fry finishes. After having that conversation, everyone starts walking back to the bed area for the night. Maybe if newt gets some sleep, the time will go faster. But as he gets to his bed he notices that gally's not there. He quickly walks around to the hut with paper and pens. He knocks on the door and slowly walks in. Gally's sitting there, alone doing nothing. "Gally? Come get some sleep" newt says even though he wont. "How? Before I knew y/n was my sister, I was fine" Gally moans. Newt just looks confused. "I'm worrying about her" he frowns. "So am i, which is why I'm going to sleep to make the time go quicker" newt walks out to leave Gally. Soon after, Gally goes to his bed and goes to sleep. After a while, newt wakes back up , he gets up and walks onto the field to check what time it is. He looks up at the sky to the moon, it's still at least a few hours from being morning and the doors of the maze opening. *Back in the maze* you and Thomas are still hiding in that little part under the wall. You're asleep leaning against the wall, and Thomas is awake keeping watch out for grievers. Minho is hiding, out in the open though. Then suddenly, Thomas sees minho run past them, "shit" he says quietly. He then hears a griever coming just as you start walking up. "What's goin-" Thomas puts his hand over your mouth to keep you silent. You rush up in a panic not knowing what's going on, but then you see Thomas looking at you telling you to be quiet. You remove his hand from over your mouth and go to look out the gap too. You lean your head close to the opening but can't see anything. "Can you see anything?" Thomas whispers. "There's nothing there" you tell him and start to crawl out. "No y/n" Thomas tries to grab your leg. But in the process you tumble over sideways and land awkwardly on your ankle. "Thanks a lot, now i might have a twisted ankle" you grit your teeth. "Well, is there anything out there?" He changes the subject. "No, there's not so where'd Minho go?" You stress. Then again, you hear footsteps running, its Minho again, "y/n get out of here, NOW!" he shouts. You go to stand up and run but Thomas grabs your wrist and you fall back against the wall just slightly over from the hiding spot. You quickly try to get up, you start running . But as you reach the corner your ankle gives way, you fall and hit your head against the wall. You quickly try to gain focus again, and turn around to see what you're up against. You look to your left and you're safe. But then you look to your right, there's a griver running your way. Then you look in front of you, there is also a griver running towards you that way too. "SHIT NO!" you shout and close your eyes putting your hands over your eyes too not wanting to look.
