Kayla gave Rowan a look that could kill then strutted back to her seat. Her friends immediately surrounded her, talking in hushed voices.
"Are you okay?" Rowan asked while sitting down next to me.
I nodded and glanced back at Kayla, who was glaring at me .
"Kai, what happened?" Rowan worryingly asked, softly touching my arm.
In the corner of my eye I saw Sailor glare at Rowan.
"Kayla thought we were dating because she called me cute. She said I cheated on her, which confused me."
She suddenly had a sour look on her face and turned around to glare at Kayla.
"Don't wory about it, she knows we're not together now and won't come near me, okay?"
She slowly turned back around. "Okay."

-"Do you think Rowan will kick Kayla's ass?" Sailor suddenly asked me as we walked out of school.
"Why do you say that?"
"Well I mean, Rowan already doesn't like her. She's pretty protective so there is a chance they will fight if they get a chance to."
I looked at her wide eyed.
She shook her head at me. "Don't worry so much, Rowan will win."
"How do you know?" I asked her.
She rolled her eyes. "Her and Cherry fought last year. Rowan beat the living shit out of her."
So that's why she doesn't like Rowan that much...
"Anyway, see you tomorrow." She waved at me before walking to her car.
Seconds later Rowan came walking out of the school and towards me. She had an angry look on her face.
"What's wrong?"
She rolled her eyes. "Kayla is what's wrong. That bitch is due for an ass beating soon."
I stared at her shocked.
She furrowed her eyebrows. "What?"
"You two are really gonna fight?"
She shrugged. "I mean, probably."
I thought of Cherry and bit my lip. Is this really what I want?
