A/N: Even though my exams are coming, I need to update

P.S. Wiki said he's a second year...?

Ever since middle school, you had a secret admirer...and up until now he still won't reveal himself. Despite that, he seems sweet. After all, he goes through the effort of making paper origamis with poems in them. He leaves them in your locker and the next morning, you'd blush because of it.
Your friends tried to watch over your locker to see who was leaving the sweet notes. However, they didn't catch him.
You've been waiting for two years, you've been keeping his letters, and his origamis.

"Oh, another origami! It's a flower again!"

"Hey, L/n, tell us the poem!"

Somehow, he has a schedule for the paper origamis. Monday is a heart, Tuesday is a swan, Wednesday is a flower, Thursday is a boat, and on Friday it's always changing.

"Seeing your lovely face is an honour. So, here's another flower, my lady. It's your favourite colour. Don't worry, I'll soon reveal my identity."

{Y/n}

Soon, huh? How soon, my secret admirer?

With a blush on my face, I walked to my classroom sluggishly. I took my seat and turned to my only guy best friend, Yagi Tomoya.
He's pretty popular, unlike me. Some girls get mad when I hang out with him. My friends defend me, thankfully.

"Another letter from your secret admirer?"

"Of course. Honestly, the flowers are my favourite. That's why I look forward to Wednesdays."

I know his secret about him loving babies so much. Well, it's not really much of a secret. Though, not many people know that he nosebleeds when he sees kids.

"Are you going to the daycare room again?"

"Not today. I want to hang out with you."

Unlike other girls, I didn't find him attractive at first. He just happened to be my neighbour, then he showed me around school, there he just happened to be my firt friend. Nevertheless, I admit, he's cute and handsome.

My friends are from other classes, so I stick with Yagi. It'll be fine as long as I don't get attached. Attachment is something I would hate to have. I'm the type of person who dislikes material attachment. Meaning, I don't like material possessions, they do not matter to me. Truthfully, that's why I cherish the poems more than the origami papers. Papers can be disposed of easily.

"You seem deep in thought."

"Huh?"

Before I knew it, it was already lunch break. Great, I forgot my lunch.

"Shall we?"

"Sure."

Although I have been deep in thought, I haven't been thinking of anything. Contemplating about life is what we anime characters do for a living. Speaking of contemplating, I've been doing that, asking myself how Yagi can glue a smile on his face for the whole day.

"Is there something on my face?"

"Yeah."

"Really? What is it?"

"That smile..."

We barely talk about anything. Everyday, he'd be the one to start a conversation instead of me. Since we don't know if we have the same interests, we don't really talk about it. Why do I still stick with him anyway? He has his own friends and I have mine. Why don't we part ways? It's not that I dislike him, it's just that...

"There you are again, looking deep in thought. Well, I can't blame you if your head is always stuck in the clouds."

"Huh?"

I think I'm starting to like him.

"Seriously? I can't believe it!"

"Why even join the game when there are too many competitors?"

Telling my friends about my new dilemma, they gave their respective reactions and advises.

"It's my first time having a crush on someone. I'm not sure what to do."

Fortunately, it's not a full-blown crush. Like I said, I don't get attached...not even to people. This crush probably won't last long.
A few days flew by, only now that I remembered my secret admirer dilemma. He still hasn't shown himself. Friday, that next day, I received a normal letter. It's not an origami.

"Soon..."

"What?"

"That's all that it says."

"Oh my!"

After that, I took the same route to my classroom and to my seat beside Yagi. He wasn't there, however.

"Y/n."

I guess I fell asleep. Looking at who called me, it was Yagi. He never calls me by my first name. What's with the sudden change in character?

"Yagi?"

"I know you have a lot on your mind. Want to vent to me?"

"Okay."

We went to the rooftop. I ranted to him about my problem.

"He's taking long. I'm really getting impatient."

"It sounds like he ditched you on your date. Don't worry, I won't ever do that."

"Huh?"

It took me a while to process that. Even if I didn't have a crush on him, I'd probably be blushing right now.

"Y/n, your face is red."

"Sh-Shut up!"

We talked and talked. We got to know each other better. I started to forget about my secret admirer. I was starting to think that my crush on Tomoya is getting deeper. Then I noticed, the origamis were getting lesser and lesser. Even though I don't care, I miss it.
Another day, Tomoya told me to meet him at the back of the daycare room after school. I nearly fell asleep waiting for him.

"Y/n? Y/n?"

"I'm deep in thought again, aren't I?"

Tomoya still had that smile on his face. When can I wear a smile like that? Does one size really fit all?

"I have something important to tell you."

"What is it?"

He brought out a box from behind his back, and it was already open. Inside, I found a mini bouquet of origami flowers.

"I'm your secret admirer."

"After all this time, it was you? Why didn't you show yourself sooner?"

I guess, I may have reacted too fast. The time stopped there.

"Forgive me."

Well, a new cycle starts from here.

The End.
