She stormed down the street. Zoned out of the world, she was lost in her head. Julia just walked away from her life, and she knew that by making this choice, she probably wasn't getting it back anytime soon. She heard her sons voice ringing in the back of her head. "Daddy.", he said, that's who he chose. 'His father! He hasn't given me or John a second thought since he left and now he just wants him back? The lowly scum-' "mama?" Her thoughts were cut off by the sound of a child's crying.

She froze in place, fear striking her everybone, like a human xylophone. "My baby" she breathed. She spun around and ran back towards the motel. "JOHN!" she screamed, only hoping her son would hear her and stop crying. "JOHN STAY WHERE YOU ARE!!! MAMAS HERE!" She followed the cry to an alley, but she had left him at the motel with Alf? She heard the snifing and whining of a small child, but now she was unsure if it was hers. "Hello? Who is back here?" A small girl in a little pink dress flew at her, arms stretched. "MAMA!!!" She stopped suddenly in fear when she realized that this wasn't her mama and she began to back away. Julia reached out to her as she attempted to hide back behind the dumpster. "Hey honey, come back here, it's okay, I'm not gonna hurt you."

The little girl stepped out again, but she still was unsure. "Where is your mommy?" She asked again. She bust into tears and rubbed her eyes on her wrists. "Shhh, no, don't cry honey, everything is gonna be okay." Julia picked up the young girl. The child flinched but then hid her face in Julia's shoulder. "What's your name beautiful?" She sniffed and lifted her head up. "Cam-Camille" she hiccuped. Julia smiled, "well Cam-Camille, how about I take you to find your mommy!" Camille giggled and whipped her nose, "No! It's just Camille!" "Oh! Just Camille! Okay then just Camille, let's go find her." Camille giggled more but then looked like she might burst again. "Hey," Julia lifted her chin, "don't fret love, we'll find her, I promise."
