The Doctor's POV

As we ran, from behind Savannah and I, we heard Rose scream, as the werewolf must have caught up with her.

'Not Rose. She's 1 of my best friends....Savannah will be devastated if Rose dies,' I thought, as I quickly turned around, planning to save Rose from the wolf.

However, just before I could do anything, the maids and Lady Isobel cane running to us. Lady Isobel quickly threw liquid past Rose's head and onto the wolf, which quickly retreated.

"Good shot," I praised, before running past them all with Savannah and Rose down the corridor to check if the wolf had actually gone.

"It was mistletoe," one of the maids said. The group of women then ran off, back to the kitchen.

"Come on!," I said, as Savannah, Rose and I ran back to Robert and Victoria.

"The observatory's this way," Robert said, pointing in a direction.

We quickly went up some stairs and burst through the doors of the observatory. "No mistletoe in these doors because you father wanted the wolf to get inside," Savannah said, still in the corridor with Sir Robert, looking at the doors.

"I just need time. Is there any way of barricading this?," I asked, gesturing to the doors.

"Do your work and I'll defend it," Robert said.

"If we could bind them shut with rope or something," I said, ignoring him and looking around for something to use, as I didn't want anyone else to die.

"I said I'd find you time, sir. Now get inside," Sir Robert said.

"Good man," I said after a few seconds of looking at him. I then looked at Savannah. "Come on Savannah."

"No, I'm gonna help Sir Robert," Savannah said, pulling out her sword and gun out of her bag again. "You do what needs to be done." She checked her gun and twirled the sword in her right hand expertly.

"No, you can't!," Rose said.

"Savannah, you're not doing it. I can't lose you," I said, looking worriedly at her.

"You need as much time as possible. We can give you time," she gestured between herself and Robert. "Rose, sweetie, I'll be fine. I promise. I can do it. I can look after myself you know." She smiled at us.

"I know," I said, after a few seconds of looking at her in silence. I sighed deeply. "Just be careful."

"I will," she promised, before we quickly kissed. "You be careful too. Now, get inside and leave this to Sir Robert and I. Do what needs to be done."

We nodded at each other and I closed the doors, soon hearing the noise of Savannah's gun being fired, making Rose and I wince.

"Your Majesty," I said, turning to face Victoria. "The diamond," I requested, holding out a hand for it.

"For what purpose?," Victoria asked me.

"The purpose it was designed for." She quickly gave me the diamond. "Rose?" I ran over to the telescope, with Rose following me. "Lift it. Come on!"
