“You still don’t remember anything?”

“I didn’t even know my name was Link…” I confess, running my hands through my hair.

“Wow…” She was sitting on the ledge I found her on. I was sitting on the floor by the puddle. “It’s worse than I thought.”

Celia told me I was a hero. That I saved people and a princess named Zelda or something.

“Maybe you’ve got the wrong guy, here.” I chuckle, still not believing I could be a hero.

“No! It’s you!” Ciela stood making her wings flutter behind her.

“It’s not me.” I shake my head.

Ciela flies over and lands on my knee. “Listen!” She glares at me. “You are the hero. You just hit your head, and don’t remember that’s all.” She crosses her arms, ending her thoughts.

“I don’t even have weapons--”

“You have tons! Bow, sword, bombs, to name a few,”

“—or know how to use them.”

“You could learn again!” She claps excitedly. I roll my eyes.

“I don’t suppose you know where these weapons are?”

She jumped off my knee and grew more excited. “Actually, I can track them.” I gave her a puzzled look. “The fairies all have excellent tracking abilities.” I nod slowly.

“So you can lead me to my weapons?”

“Of course!”

“When do we leave?” I say, ready for a challenge.
