"Mike, you better be good for your sisters and brother. Emma and Nathan are only 4, so they usually need to be seen. Lilly is 9, so just check on her occasionally. You're only 15, so you can't throw any parties. Mom and dad will be back on Sunday. Do not waste tonight, or tomorrow, your free Saturday. Okay?"

Mike nods and laughs at me. "I'll be fine, mom. I'll call you every night so you know we're all okay."

"Right." I give him a tight hug. "I love you guys."

"We love you too." They all say.

"Promise me you guys won't have sex?" Mike pleads.

"Yeah, with your dad, that's not gonna happen. But we won't give you another sibling, I can promise that."

"Fine. Tell dad we love him."

"I will." I bend down and hug Lilly then the twins. "Make sure your brother doesn't go crazy."

They giggle and Mike rolls his eyes. I stand up and smile at him. "Don't roll your eyes at me. Byeee!"

I wave to them as I walk out of the house and into Grayson's car. He starts driving and I let out a huge breath.

"Maybe we should bring them along." I say.

"No. We never got a honeymoon after our wedding since we had Mike, so this is our honeymoon, 15 years later. Just me, you, and the beautiful beach."

"Alright, alright."

"Now go to sleep. Detroit to eastern North Carolina is over 13 hours."

I lean over and kiss his cheek. He holds my left hand as I rest my head against the window, falling asleep to the 80's music that plays on the radio.

"Baby. Wake up."

I keep my eyes closed and groan. I feel someone pick me up, hear them close the car door, then another door after some footsteps. I smell Grayson's familiar shampoo and open my eyes, looking up at his handsome face.

"Are we there yet?"

"Yes, and it's 1:00 AM, so we need to sleep." Grayson answers.

"Okie dokie." He sets me down into a really soft bed and pulls super nice covers over me. I rest my legs on top of him and wrap my arms around his neck. He slowly strokes my legs as we both drift off to sleep.
