Ew sweat.
I hate sweat.
But I always am drenched. . .

Blake just stared at us as a smile started to plaster itself on my face.
"So I'm guess you aren't single?" Blake asked awkwardly as his blue eyes shimmered. I shook my head gently, and still managed to whip myself in the face with my horrid hair.
Alliteration skills=on.
Good looks=definitely off.
"Well then that just makes this ten times more awkward than I thought it would be." Blake said as he rubbed the back of his neck, the motion making his massive arms flex.
"It's one of my talents I'm sorry." I said as I wobbled over to his direction. In heals I was his height, so it made it easy to kiss him on the cheek.
"Better?" I asked as I stuck out my bottom lip. Blake just shook his head and laughed, and even Alex couldn't help but let out a chuckle.
"I think if you go down a little, and then to the left." Blake said as he pointed to his mouth.
"Okay I'm not that hungover." I said as I stumbled back a few steps. Alex looked over at me in alarm and Blake even stopped to look my way.
"Better take this one home before something happens to her. Pool party at your house later like usual?" Blake asked as he stuck his hands in his short's pockets. Alex nodded as he made his way over to me. He picked me up bridal style and carried me out of the room with ease.
"Bring a towel." Alex said over his shoulder before he started down the stairs.

"No Georgie." I grumbled as I looked at the bikini in her hands. I wouldn't classify it as a bikini really, but wow. The thing had to be only two inches wide and it would barely cover half of my chest.
"You seriously expect me to go out in this bikini?" I asked as I lifted up the black string bikini and wrinkled my nose in disgust.
"Mmhmmm. You can't go swimming without one." Georgie said as she straightened her own baby blue fringe bikini.
"Ugh this better be worth it." I mumbled as I strutted into my bathroom.
As I pulled off my crop top I thought of what Alex and I did last night.
I love you.
The words scared me, and it gave me shivers every time I thought of those three words.
Who knew eight letters could make your blood freeze in your veins?
I finally slipped on the small material and looked at my reflection in my floor length mirror. My curves were more defined because of the low rise bottoms and my chest looked bigger with the clingy material. I tied my long hair into a high ponytail and finally exited the bathroom to see Georgie mid-conversation with Kendal, who was in a magenta string bikini with golden zigzags all over them.
When Georgie looked up her blue eyes popped out of her head.
"Well damn," Kendal said. "do you want to give the football team a heart attack?" I could feel blush rising in my cheeks as I slid on my plain navy flip flops.
"No seriously, Georgie why did you give her that tanning suit you bought?" Kendal asked as we started walking out of my room.
"Well black isn't my color." Georgie said as we clomped down the stairs taking two at a time.
By the time I reached the bottom of the stairs I heard a gasp, and for once it wasn't me.
Alex stood there, about six bottles of beer under both of his arms and his jaw was cracked open at an uncomfortable angle. I smiled to myself as I sashayed over towards him. He stayed where he was, his eyes following my every move. Georgie and Kendal pushed past me to enter the pool house, but I kept moving towards the astonished Alex.
I finally was in front of him and I felt as if I were possessed by some sort of seducing model of some sort. My hands trailed up his bare chest as I leaned in until my nose was against his.
"Alex," I breathed slowly. "you know you have a job to do, so stop checking me out." I could practically hear the sweat dripping down Alex's neck and all he could do was moan in response. I smiled yet again, then grabbed the back of his head and stood on my tiptoes until his mouth met mine. Alex's eyes widened until he finally grew accustomed to my mouth. I soon pulled away, happy to see Alex in some sort of daze.
"Now shoo."
I casually sauntered out of the kitchen and out the back screen door where I was met by almost all of Alex's friends. Blake was there, and so was Anika and his many other football friends. I could see Georgie and Kendal already in the middle of a conversation with Reenie and Renee, and then Ryan was sitting on a beach chair wearing nothing but a basketball shirt and swim trunks.
I started walking towards the side of the pool, all the eyes on me, and then I heard a blood curdling scream.
"Evelyn look-" Before Reenie could finish her warning Alex came running at me from behind and both of us were sent into the pool with a splash.
The water was freezing, and immediately my head bobbed to the surface of the water. Alex appeared in front of me, smiling like the idiot he was.
"You suck you know that right?" I said as I splashed water into his face. He kept smiling, and sent a wave crashing over my head. As I resurfaced again Alex was nose to nose with me smiling like the Joker.
"And yet you still love me." Alex said as he kissed my nose gently.
My face heated up immediately and Georgie clapped her hands in approval.
"SEAN I WIN THE BET!" Kendal screamed from across the pool. Sean swore colorfully under his breath and then smiled a cocky grin.
"Okay Ken, come over here and get it." Sean said as he pulled a fifty dollar bill out of his wallet. He waved it about as he wiggled his eyebrows at her. Kendal grumbled something and Reenie giggled with delight. As soon as Kendal was near the water, both Renee and Reenie seized Kendal from behind and shoved her into the pool besides Alex and me.
Kendal grumbled and as she sunk towards the bottom. The only thing you could see was her holding her middle finger up towards her friends. I couldn't help but giggle, and Alex chuckled as he wrapped his arms around my bare waist.
"Now my dear friends, we add the solution to all of our problems." Alex said in a strange voice as Anika and James produced six large containers of some sort of bath soap.
"BUBBLE BATH SOLUTION!" They all chanted as they began to pour the contents into the water below.
I could see the bubbles floating towards Kendal and Alex and I couldn't help but mentally sigh.
My friends were such children.
Now what a sight it was to see giants jump into the pool at my right and model type girls jump at my left. I could feel Alex smiling against my ear as he whispered to me, but all I was focused on was the bubbles and childhood memories flowing into my memory just as fast at the solution poured from the bottle.
