Chris eyes were without blinking looking at the door of the operation room.

I patted his back and hugged him for comfort. I handed him the coffee but he refused

" For me. Please " And he gladly accepted and gulped all that hot coffee in one sip and handed me back.

In an hour or so the Doctor came out of the OT and all our breath was stuck in our throats.

' both are perfectly fine ' and we all finally exhaled in relief

' we are all her friends doctor. The father is out of country but he's informed '

' ok any one of you can stay here but no one is allowed to meet her. There's a nurse there. You'll can meet her in the morning ' and she headed off.

Chris hugged me so tight ' she always wanted a baby girl. She'll be so happy ' Jacob was looking right in my eye for some questions but I avoided looking

They all left and only me and Chris stayed at the hospital. I don't even know if he remembers our date tomorrow.

That statements were just for the situation but my head was just thinking about our whole situation and it suits so much at the moment

Nina was being shifted to a ward from the Or and Chris finally got a glance of her and he was so relieved seeing her. The baby was not yet seen

We both settled on chairs and had small talks about Nina and him. And then I don't know when I dozed off on Chris shoulders but when i woke up I was lying on the chairs and Chris was no were to be seen.

I got up and saw him from the glass he was settled beside Nina and was playing with the baby. Nina was still unconscious but Chris was so happy.

Why do I feel like I'm coming in between a happy family.

I should talk to Nina ASAP.

I left a msg to Chris and hurried out of that hospital 🏥

The reply came instantly. I don't even know if he remembers about our date. Or he'll cancel at the moment.

' be ready for our date baby. I'll pick you up at 1 and wear something in black '

And that alone made me feel all better. Chris is not leaving me all alone.

We decided for brunch coz I don't get up early. But see the irony I couldn't sleep properly all night and it's 9 past 47 now.

It was technically my first date with chris today coz we both have been busy a lot and gone out on unoccasional outings. First date with the first guy i laid my eyes on the very first day of my college

The guy wid who i was mesmerised on the first day. The guy who i have been dying to be with. The guy who is just my ideal type of guy.

The guy who is simple sober normal cute. The guy who every girl longed to be with. The guy who cared about me and didnt told me his feelings coz he thot not to hurt me. The guy who saved me once.

The guy who can be the father of a child. The guy who cannot stand for yourself and his feelings. The guy becoz of whom you suffered so much. The guy who is living with his ex gf whom he loved a lot once. But the guy who loves me now.

And here you are thinking about a guy who has done so much to you. Tortured tormented abused kidnapped and blackmailed you

Every part of me tells me not to be stupid and be with him. Not to tell him i like alex and be with him. Why am i so selfish and confused

I should talk to chris. I'm sure he will understand.

No one is at home. I should probably shift our plan to my home but I want to go out with him.

A honk at my doorstep confirmed that chris has arrived. I glanced out of my window and there he was standing with his hands in his pockets handsome as ever and on time.

Sensing my presence he looked up and waved at me. He pointed to his watch asking me how much time. I gave him a gesture of two minutes.

He said with a gesture time is all yours.

This was so perfect. Everything what i wanted.
