Chapter 7

Bells's POV

“Come on, Bells. Lets do something fun to get your mind off it.” Katie said. I think she was starting to like me a little bit better. Just then, Hazel, Thalia, Frank and Piper walked into the room they were talking and laughing. Nico just shadow traveled next to the mini-booth we were in which we were sitting. They stopped dead on their tracks when they saw us. It must have been weird. “What the hell happened here?” Thalia asked. “We saw a spider.” Said Annabeth.

“Oh.” Thalia looked concerned for a moment. Then she smiled brightly. “Come on, let’s play.”

We all sat in the living room couches. This house really was big. When you came in there was a HUGE staircase like those you may find in the movies. If you went towards the right, you would see the kitchen and a small booth in the end for eating breakfast. If you were to go to the left, you would see the TV room, or living room. There were several couches surrounding a coffee table in the middle. If you sat in the couches, they had a perfect view of the 34’ inch flat screen TV.

By this time, the rest of the gang had arrived. There were two armchairs and one huge couch. In the armchair to the right, Leo and Calypso sat, in the one to the left, Annabeth sat on Percy's leg. On the huge couch sat, from right to left, Dakota; on the armrest; then were Piper, Frank, Travis and I. Nico sat on the armrest net to me. Hazel sat with her back leaning to Franks’ legs and Katie sat next to her, next to Travis's legs. He blushed as she sat down and looked at me. I winked.

Connor sat on the floor, leaning against the armrest of the armchair in which Percy and Annabeth sat down. Thalia leaned against the other armrest. Jason and Reyna mimicked Connor and Thalia's position on the other side, next to Calypso and Leo's chair.

“Lets get to know Bells better,” said Calypso. “And you can get to know us, too.” “Good idea. How do you suggest we do that?” Annabeth said. “Well, she knows what our godly parents are, but she doesn’t know our specialties. I suggest,” Calypso paused, she had a look of amusement “ That we show her what we can actually do. We know her specialty is guessing, and I think I speak for everyone, as I say that we had a very good demonstration of that.”

            “Great idea babe, who wants to start,” Leo said, as he kissed her on the cheek. Calypso looked pretty pissed to be called ‘babe’, but stayed quiet. “I’ll give it a go.” Percy offered. He stood up and Annabeth sat on the chair. He walked over to Thalia and took her water glass. “HEY!” she protested. “Shush Thalia.” He held the water with one hand and extended the other. He closed his eyes and smirked. The water suddenly moved out of the glass and into the air. It moved all over the air and came close to our faces, and not one drop fell on our laps. He opened his eyes and put the water back in the glass. Annabeth had a proud look on her face, as if to say, ‘Hell yeah, that’s my boyfriend, bitches. Stay the hell away from him.’ No problem Annabeth, I have my eyes on someone else, I thought to myself. I glanced at Connor; I wondered if he was thinking about me.
