Chapter 8
Thalia's POV
"I want to go next," Piper said. She stood up and walked to the center. I really didn't know how I felt about Piper. She was and Aphrodite chick and I was the exact opposite, a hunter of Artemis; plus, she's my brother's ex. She had changed her clothes from when we were in school; in fact she was the only one who changed. She wore a jumper that read 'DOPE'. Hazel wore the same sundress she had worn at school. It was a dark purple color with pink flowers on it; she wore some black converse too. Annabeth had some high-waisted white shorts and a yellow tucked in chiffon shirt. Calypso had a white flowy dress just above her knee with a black belt that created a pretty waistline. She wore some black ballerinas. Reyna had a button-down dotted shirt with some distressed jeans and Katie wore a green jumper with a big daisy on it and some jean shorts. I specially liked the flower crown in her hair.
"I shall need a volunteer," Piper said with a presenter voice. "Dakota, will you assist me?" Dakota stood up and walked over to her. She turned to him and put a hand on his shoulder. "Dakota, you want to yodel." She said. Immediately, Dakota started yodeling at the top of his lungs. It was extremely funny. We laughed and she sat down. Dakota blushed and went back to his place. She whispered a quick "sorry" to him. Hazel got up. She told us to stay calm since she would not harm us. I had to give her credit, even though she looked harmless and sweet, I had a feeling she could really whoop some ass if she wanted to. She closed her eyes and all the cutlery and metallic stuff in the room shot towards her and began to form a mini tornado, without ever brushing her skin.
She returned all the metals back to their places and sat back with her back to Frank's legs. "Okay, I guess its time for me to give it a go." Leo said. He stood in the middle, and he had moved the coffee table, saying it could get ugly. He took a deep breath and then suddenly; BURST INTO FLAMES!
