Coffee does wonders for my near-insomniac mind.
But I'm pretty sure I'll be suffering from mild caffeine withdrawal soon.
I've been drinking coffee for nearly ten days every morning or evening because it's that stupid exam period named "quarters" even though my stupid school made it only three times a year, which means I have to cram two thirds of what we learnt this term into one night of studying.
That's not a good thing. At all.
(P.S my chemistry teacher said it's a good point when I asked her why is it called quarters if we only have them three times a year. She's also extremely quotable, as she said: you might not listen to me now, but there will be a time where I won't listen to you.)
Now, onto the best friends part.
After last year's horrible drama, I decided not to have any best friends, just one trusted confidant and a few close friends and a group I sit and hang out with.
But now that the year has ended, I have two best friends, which is an improvement from last year's too many best friends.
These two best friends and one very close friend for this year is much better because it'll hopefully cause less drama.
My best friend is the one person I trust most (I know I'm not living a dangerous life, but she's like, the only one I would trust with my life, I wouldn't even trust my favorite family members with that.)
My other best friend is nearly a year younger than me, so she's in sixth grade while I'm in 7th, which makes one of the girls in my group disapprove because she has this double standard that older girls can be friends with us, but we can't be friends wuth younger girls, and that makes no sense.
My very close friend is one of the funniest people I know, especially since she started wearing her 3rd grade glasses that make her eyes appear disproportionately huge on her face.
I'm saying (writing) too much, but I love this rant book too much to abandon it.
