Chapter 21

*Sorry home skillets. I'm trying ♡*

   "2 adult tickets please." I smile at the lady and pay for the tickets. It's pretty hot so I go over and buy both of us a pepsi before pulling Vic further in.

  "Where do you want to go first?" I smile at him and hold his hand. He looks pretty happy but he's trying to hide it.

   "The water animals are my favorite.." He whispers and I smile, pulling him towards the sea animals.

  We go around half of the entire zoo before we start getting hungry. I go to the food court and buy us some pizza. "You don't have to keep buying my food, Kellin. I have money." Vic says shyly and I laugh and kiss his cheek.

  "We never even had a real first date. I want to start over. And do everything perfect." I smile and finish my pizza. I hold his left hand as he eats with his right. I pretend I don't notice the new scars on his arm since I don't want to ruin this. I just lift them up and kiss them. I wait until he finishes to get up and put him on my back, carrying him around, looking at the elephants and rhinos.

  "This is so unlike you." Vic laughs and clings onto me.

  "Nah, I just changed. For the better." I smile and we spend a lot of time at the zoo. After we leave, I buy us ice cream and we both listen to music on the way to his house. I lead him up to the door.

   "Do you wanna come in and hang out?" He asks and I shake my head.

   "Nah I'm just gonna get home. I'll call you later okay?" I smile and kiss his cheek. He nods and I leave.

      Damn, I'm good.
